SPACIOUS 7 bedroom beach house and 4 baths with great gulf views plus 2 rooms are bunk rooms. Sleeps 18. COMFORTABLE, AND WELL-EQUIPPED, Chateau Margo offers a Master balcony with great views of the Gulf of Mexico.You can see and hear the waves from our home. The 2 Master Bedrooms (20 x 20) have king-size beds with garden tubs in master baths and one has an adjoining bunkroom.Each master has its own balcony.
Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Downstair'a apt. can sleep 6 and has a large deck.There is one king, 2 bunks and 1 sleeper sofa. You will marvel at the decor and the many extras. It has all the bells and whistles you would expect in a luxury home. High end furnishings by Tommy Bahama, Lane, and Hooker. Steirs and Foster mattresses on both master king beds with designer linen.
The main living area features a full-size gourmet kitchen and dining area with double glass doors leading to the main deck that is great for fun and grilling out.
POOL and BEACH ACCESS - Just a few steps from private community heated pool, 2 tennis courts, club house, sauna, and private beach entrance to enjoy a SUNSET or Soak up some RAYS! Sand volleyball pit next to the heated pool.
CHATEAU MARGO sleeps 14 in beds and 4 in sleeper sofas, offers 2 complete gourmet kitchen and large deck facing west to enjoy the sunset or cook a steak. Awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico from either of the master private balconies. Call 901-335-3702 if you would like more photos!!

The Unique Benefits at this House
the home has 2 kitchens the 2 refrigerators come in handy for large groups, 2 dens one for adults and one for children which is nice. The home has 5 decks so you can get away from the group to make calls or read a book. You can see the water in the Gulf and in the pool from the deck of the house. Most houses are close to either or but not both. Also located close to everything you will need.
