The main 2nd floor level has a spacious family living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, deck with gas grill and plenty of furnishings. You will find 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath on this level. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. The perfect house for large family gatherings.
The 3rd Floor is where you will find two very large King Master Suites with private bathrooms along with partial views of the Gulf of Mexico off one of the decks. One of these Master suites has a King size bed, an adjoining bunkroom and single sleeper chair. The second Master suite includes a King size bed, queen sleeper sofa and a fireplace.
The large first floor King Bedroom can serve as a mother-in-law suite with bunkroom/queen sofa sleeper/kitchen/private patio/bathroom. This room sleeps up to 6 people comfortably.
Enjoy one of the many decks for some privacy. You will find TV’s in every bedroom and family room. We provide many beach amenities such as 2 bicycles, beach chairs, a 10x10 beach awning, umbrellas, some children’s toys for guest use.
We own and manage this house and love the house and the area. Terra Cotta is a family friendly neighborhood and is close to the Big Kahuna’s Water Park and Shopping Centers and within walking distance to many fine restaurants.
You won’t get better customer service anywhere! We have the best cleaning/maintenance people on the beach!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We vacationed in Terra Cotta in 2010. We were contemplating investing in real estate and saw this house and fell in love with it. And the rest is history. We love the house, we love the fact that the neighborhood is very family friendly, and the proximity to the beach is outstanding. This house has everything we look for in beach rental property and more. The house is 3500 s.f. so it is the perfect size for large families and groups. We love the fact that the bedrooms are not attached to the main living area - they are on separate floors which allows for more privacy especially if you want to sleep in and not be disturbed by early risers. We love this house and you will too!
The Unique Benefits at this House
When vacationing with the entire family the two kitchens really come in handy. Between the kitchens and gas grill - there is plenty of cooking area for a large group. You can always find a place to get away on one of the 4 decks/patios. The bedrooms are all located on a separate floor from the main living area for those late sleepers. If you're an early riser you don't have to be concerned with disturbing sleeping people.
