This professionally decorated unit is one of the finest in the building and features tile floors throughout and carpet in the bedroom. A luxurious queen-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and two bunk beds in the hallway comfortably sleep up to 6 people. A fully-equipped kitchen features cherry cabinets, stainless steel major appliances and includes all small appliances, dishes and cookware. SEE VIRTUAL TOUR BELOW!

This unit has a washer/dryer combo. The living room includes a 32-inch TV, VCR/DVD combo, and a CD stereo. The bedroom includes a 27-inch TV and DVD player. There are also games for your enjoyment. Don't be fooled! If you're going to pay a lot of money to rent a beach-front condo--why not choose the best? This one was NOT decorated by Wal Mart.

You must be 25 or older to make a reservation and you must occupy the unit during the entire length of the reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit and no pets are allowed (No pets is a building rule, not ours. You will be asked to leave if you violate it.)

During Spring Break and Summer, 1 week minimum (Sat to Sat) applies except for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends which have a 3-night minimum.
