Retreat at La Verne

Set in the world-famous Sonoran Desert at an altitude of 2000 feet, Retreat at La Verne is a luxuriously furnished two bedroom two bath condominium located in an exclusive gated community at Desert Ridge in North Scottsdale/North Phoenix. No details have been overlooked in creating this private and quiet retreat where guests can unwind, relax and enjoy all the amenities of a four star resort.

Luxury

The designer interiors reflect the soft, natural colors and textures of this desert region, with luxurious furniture, stunning artwork, and rich detailing. From the Kreiss sofa to the hotel-quality king and queen-sized beds and Egyptian cotton high thread-count bedding, quality touches are everywhere, designed to pamper guests. The open floor plan offers the perfect combination of public and private space, with plenty of room to relax, work or entertain.

Amenities

Retreat at La Verne offers top-of-the-line amenities both inside and out. The gourmet kitchen features rich cherry cabinets, solid slab granite and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with everything one needs to cook and entertain. A full-sized laundry room inside the unit features a washer and dryer with plenty of storage. Two intimate terraces offer outdoor access to tree-top views, perfect for morning coffee, or evening cocktails. The 1300 square-foot unit features two climate control zones (in the bedrooms and main living spaces). High-speed internet service is included both through WiFi and/or cable. A 32" Flat Panel television and stereo provide indoor entertainment in the living room and another television in the master bedroom. The attached single-car garage has direct access into the unit and ample storage.
