The property has two buildings for one rental fee: a two bedroom house (sleeps four to six), a studio cottage (sleeps two), a sun porch with a view of the waves curling onto the shore, a HOT TUB and two garden patios. This is the perfect site for an extended family getaway or for friends vacationing together. The beach offers constant entertainment or quiet romantic walks.

This beach property is located just 70 footsteps to one of the most fun and picturesque beaches in the central coast. It has gorgeous sandy beaches and great local dining. The nearby yacht harbor provides entertainment, Wednesday Regattas, and ocean access. The property has a 2 bedroom house and a studio cottage so that everyone who stays has both privacy and community. The hot tub offers a perfect way to unwind at night as the fog rolls in and blankets the beach. The house is so close to the beach that the sound of waves lulls me to sleep. So relaxing!
