This beautiful home is located within walking distance of both Avondale Golf Course and Hayden Lake Golf and Country Club, and is only minutes from Hayden Lake's public beach and boat launch. (Avondale Lake is a private lake and does not permit use of gas powered engine watercraft... making it calm, safe place for you and your children to float lazily, paddle, swim, sail, etc.) Downtown Coeur d'Alene is less than 5 miles away and easily accessible as well.
Relax and enjoy lake views from nearly every room in the house. Enjoy the beautifully designed gourmet kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room with big screen TV and wet bar. We offer a spacious master bedroom suite with lake views and a separate bedroom suite on the main level, both equipped with TV and cable. Remaining rooms are equipped with full/double or queen size beds. The loft is perfect for school age children and is equipped with TV/Cable. Master suite and lower level bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans. Main floor suite equipped with in-window fan. For guest convenience, air conditioning is portable and can be moved about residence as desired.
For winter sports enthusiasts, we're conveniently located within 45 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes of three major mountain resorts including Schweitzer, Silver Mountain, and Lookout Pass. Extraordinary snow mobil trails abound!
There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, RV, or boat and trailer.
