This nearly-new villa is new to the rental market, featuring new furnishings and kitchen equipment, with a few strategic antiques.
Our six beds make this villa a good choice for adult groups and families. There are three separate dining areas, including the porch. The porch seats eight and is a great place to dine and enjoy the evening sunsets. All bedrooms feature cable TV. There are multiple VCRs and DVD players in the unit.
New! High speed Internet access in the condo. Wireless router for laptop access. Gamers: bring your Ethernet cable for a connection.
This is the perfect place for your family vacation. Be close to the beaches and golf! Our Non-Smoking villa is beautifully decorated and provides nearly 2000 square feet of living space. The large open floor plan has a cathedral ceiling in the living room, while the loft bedroom overlooks the living room and outside areas.
Some extended families plan a "reunion vacation" by booking villas next door. We can help coordinate that effort. By using the covered porch, our villa can seat 20 for meals!
Our Golf Villa (54F October Glory Ave.)is an easy walk to the Pavilion (5 min.), with tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, as well as indoor and outdoor pools. Our building is the closest Golf Villa to the Pavilion. The Bear Trap Dunes Golf course clubhouse provides first class dining and pro shop facilities. The Pavilion is an Internet hot spot and also has a shared PC for internet access.
The Bear Trap Shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes to the beach during the busy summer season. Pickup is just outside our front door. Last daily pickup at the beach is 6:25 PM. While the indoor pool is open all year, Ocean swimmers enjoy the beach and ocean water through October.

I'm from upstate NY, and live in the village of Fairport, which was established as a port on the Erie Canal, in the 1830s. Our town, Perinton, has been voted as one of the 100 best places to live in America. It's a very family friendly town. I have 2 kids, my daughter attends MCC and my son is at Oswego State. Why the Owner Chose Other Bethany Beach Properties
After owning a condo in Stowe, VT for years, I decided to escape the high taxes of VT, and try a different setting. A friend had bought a house in Bear Trap, so I visited and toured the area. After considering properties in many locations around Bethany Beach, I decided that Bear Trap offered the best situation for vacationing families, with a full slate of amenities in the community and shuttle bus access to the beach. I loved the high quality grounds maintenance in the community and the off-the-beaten path location. The community is low-key, quiet, and squeaky clean. This is a marked contrast to the high-rise, city-like atmosphere of Ocean City, MD. With it's central location, Bethany is an easy drive to Rehoboth or Ocean City, for restaurants and shopping. At the end of the day, you can relax back at your condo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
In the summer, we enjoy trips to the beach for sun, surf and swimming. In all seasons, we can go out on rollerblades, bikes, or for a walk or run in the neighborhood (even January). The streets are wide, smooth and safe. The availability of both indoor and outdoor pools is great. The 5 tennis courts, basketball courts and pools are within walking distance of the condo too. I've found some excellent antique places, north towards Georgetown. On the way, there's a ton of outlet shopping in Rehoboth. Our condo offers a unique setup of both Queen and twin beds in the loft bedroom. The twin bedroom has a trundle bed, so it can sleep 3 as well. The porch has 2 tables with chairs, so seating capacity is 8. At sunset, you can watch the sun go down from the porch or deck.
