Kamla, a privately owned 15 unit, 6 story, ocean front condominium complex, is located on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue (2113 Atlantic Avenue). Unit 502 is a two bedroom, two bath home located in the center of the building on the fifth floor (elevator access). A full width balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unequalled ocean views and sliding glass door access from both the family room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the master bath is equipped with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bath and there is a sleep sofa in the living room that will sleep two. There is gated off street parking area with one assigned space. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first come basis.
Kamla is a family-oriented condominium with many owner occupied units. We only rent to family groups; fraternity, sorority, student or single groups are not permitted. House parties are absolutely prohibited and occupancy is limited to 6 adults/children. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or exceeding the occupancy limit will result in guests being asked to immediately vacate the property without refund.
