The villa has been updated with a sleeper sofa and love seat. Easy chairs and a DVD/VCR are found in the living area. A selection of movies and games are located in the entertainment center for your enjoyment. WiFi/Broadband is available 24/7. Relax on the new deck as you watch golfers playing at Shipyard Golf and watch bikers ride the bike path. Now with high speed wireless internet service.
The dining area seats six with a pass through to the bright, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a microwave. A front breakfast room and half bath is on this floor.
Walking upstairs, you will find beach mirrors and décor under a skylight.
The master bedroom has a tropical feel with new king-size bed, armoire, day-bed and palm bedspreads. A TV and DVD are in the armoire. The private master bath has been updated with palm accessories.
