The villa has been updated with a new sleeper sofa and love seat. Easy chairs and a DVD/VCR are found in the living area. A selection of movies and games are located in the entertainment center for your enjoyment. Relax on the new deck as you watch golfers playing at Shipyard Golf and watch bikers ride the bike path. The dining area seats six with a pass through to the bright, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a microwave. A front breakfast room and half bath is on this floor.
