This condo provided the perfect getaway. The view was breathtakingly spectacular. With comfortable beds, deluxe linens, and gourmet kitchen supplies, we wanted for nothing. Sharon was available and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return to this condo and recommend it to close friends!

I 'm from Indiana, I met my best friend who lives in Oregon in San Diego. We loved the condo. It was very clean. The location is great. John and Sharon have thought of everything. There was nothing that we needed. There was blow dryers and curling irons in the bathrooms and a fully, and I mean fully stocked kitchen. The patio is awesome for cocktails while listening to the waves crash and watching the birds dive into the ocean. If I visit San Diego again, I would stay here, there is nothing negative to say.

Owner response: I believe in giving my guests a well stocked vacation location. From cookware to toilet paper for the entire stay, laundry soap to extra virgin olive oil, I want you to have everything you need. Great Location and Beautiful View

My best friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. The Condo is absolutely gorgeous and the view is even better - if you can imagine that. We each had our own room and bath - and could hear the sound of the waves each night as we went to sleep. The local was perfect - easy access to everywhere - the Zoo - the airport - Old Town, nothing was more than a 15 minute drive. We will be back!

Wonderful Sister's Week!

Thank you John and Sharon for a wonderful, perfect week at the ocean! My sisters and I arrived to find the condo EXACTLY as pictured. The view was absolutely stunning and the condo felt just like home! It had everything we could possibly need. We loved Ocean Beach and found the location of the condo to be quiet, relaxing and peaceful, yet convenient and within walking distant to so many wonderful shops, restaurants, and local pubs. We enjoyed the atmosphere in Ocean Beach and thought it was fun and laid-back. It almost felt like time was frozen back in the 60's! The Farmer's Market was awesome! We bought homemade tamales there and took them back to the condo for a delicious Mexican dinner. Point Loma/Sunset Cliffs was such beautiful area and we liked that the condo was also very close to Sea World and Old Town. We looked for a Green Flash every night at sunset, but didn't see one. Maybe next time...we will definitely be back!

Owner response: Each year I have several groups of sisters, cousins, or girlfriends that are spread out across the country. Their excitment about their reunions is contagious! Three women who went to high school here have returned twice to reunite. It's as much fun as the husband from Michigan who planned a surprise birthday vacation for his wife, or the groom who planned his honeymoon for a year with me, and they were married on the beach!

perfect location and accommodation

I don't have much time to embellish in this review other than to say everything was perfect. The accommodations were absolutely fine. Everything we needed. And we really enjoyed the binoculars in the cabinet for watching seabirds, finshing boats, and surfers. And the kitchen set up was great. We stayed for one week and cooked about half of the time. A great dining area looking out over the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The location was perfect. Right on the coast, tidepools right below the porch, and off to the right just a little was Ocean Beach pier and a huge beach for strolling and walking in the sand. The area was quiet, but just two block away was the main street for Ocean Beach. Small town and a little eclectic, but right next door to the main attractions of San Diego. A 10-15 min drive to whatever you wanted to see. My family will return each year now that we found a great spot to stay.

Our vacation was cut short due to my wife's illness but we had a fantastic time in a beautiful condo with a magnificent view. Sharon could not have been more flexible with our needs. She is great! Next time we head to San Diego to see our daughter we know where we are staying.

If you are scouring websites for that perfect place to relax, get away from it all, or just to have fun in the San Diego area, you need not look further. You have found it. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this amazing condo. It is not only everything that is shown on the website, but much more. You really have to be there to fully appreciate the ambiance of it all. The view is tremendous; not only the balcony and deck, but from inside the condo as well. It didn’t matter if it was cloudy-foggy or sunny, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment above the cliffs. The sound of the waves on the rocks at night was heavenly. How cool is it to wake up in the morning with a view of the Pacific, OB pier, pelicans diving for their breakfast and the sound of the waves you heard the night before. Sharon and John have prepared a wonderfully maintained, clean and exciting home to share with their guests. The condo is very comfortable with very cozy beds and furniture and new, high quality appliances and utensils. What a wonderful kitchen including a most tranquil view from its window. Ocean Beach itself is a throwback to the 60-70 surf era. Lots of nooks and cranny bars and restaurants to explore, as well as surf shops and several beachwear stores to spend your hard earned dollars in. One of my favorite eating spots is “Hodads”; it is not your typical burger joint. I’ll not write about it but will let you discover it on your visit. Another highlight of OB is the Wednesday afternoon / evening farmers market. It is truly awesome. There is live music, a great array of local fruits and vegetables, plus a whole lot of other non-food goodies. Two of us (one from Florida, one from Washington State) had a wonderful time in Ocean Beach. Also we want to thank Sharon for her extra consideration in accommodating special cleaning needs for one of us with chemical sensitivities. It is so refreshing to have an owner willing to go that extra mile to help create a truly memorable experience. Thank you, thank you. We truly enjoyed Sunsets and Seascapes and look forward to staying there once more on a return trip to San Diego. We stayed in early September for one week and loved every minute of it. We loved the neighborhood of Ocean Beach- it has so much character. We went to Jungle Java almost every day for my iced mocha, and even had a quick lunch there (their acai bowls and parfaits are delicious!). We were floored by the views in the condo, and it was as well stocked as promised. The location is great- we saw a lot of San Diego and everything we drove to was only 15 to 20 minutes away in every direction (i.e. the Gaslamp District, Coronado, La Jolla, etc)- very convenient. It was nice being able to walk down to Newport Avenue for ice cream (try the waffle ice cream sandwich at Lighthouse Ice Cream!) and just keep walking on down to Dog Beach and then back. The weather was gorgeous during our stay and we are definitely going to return. This rental just "sealed the deal" for us in terms of our plans to retire in S. California in 20 years! We loved eating at Rancho's - ate there twice during our stay. The beach gear (beach chairs, toys, etc) came in really handy- we packed them in the car and went down to Coronado for a day at the beach- it helped knowing I didn't have to pack all of these things for our stay. It was so nice having the beautiful deck out back- we read our books while our son took his afternoon nap. I can't rave enough, we loved every minute of it! Thanks Sharon and John for everything, it was a great trip.

All I can say is that this property was simply wonderful! There was not one thing that our family felt in need of while staying at Sunset Cliffs. From the beatufil balcony view to the well stocked kitchen and the comfortable living area we all felt very at home here. It was also a great location with a very short walk to the beach along with plenty of shops and restaurants ito choose from in nearby Ocean Beach. I highly recommend a stay at Sunset Cliffs.

Hi Sharon & John: Wow! Your condo with the ocean views is fantastic! Your listing description & listing photos were definitely very accurate and it truly is only about 15 paces from the cliffs. Your condo is decorated so cute! Even our daughter & her friend loved it. Thank you so much for all of the conveniences you provided. We felt very welcomed and very much at home. The beds were very comfortable and it was wonderful falling asleep to the sound of the waves. We had a fantastic time and spent many hours just sitting on the balcony reading and enjoying the view along with the many things San Diego has to offer. We walked a few blocks to Nati's Mexican Restaurant, Poma's Deli, & a BBQ place on Newport Ave. where we enjoyed yummy meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the antique stores on Newport Ave. & walking the pier. Your condo is in such a convenient location. It didn't take long for us to drive to San Diego Air & Space Museum, Little Italy, the USS Midway Museum, etc. We also enjoyed yummy meals at Croce's Restaurant in the Gaslamp District; the Rock Bottom Brewery at 401 G St., S.D.; Studio Diner (featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives TV Show) on Ruffin Rd. S.D. & Zia's Bistro on India St., S.D. Our vacation last week was all that we hoped for and I just can't say enough about how incredible the ocean views are from your beautiful condo. Thank you again!

Even though the pictures capture the views, you'll open the door and still say "wow"! The pictures offered do not show the upgraded bedroom decor, but everything else is accurate. What you won't know until you stay there are things that become important if you've experienced a less-than-expected rental. First, owner has a housekeeper that keeps this home very clean and inviting. The owner is extremely thoughtful and generous with amenities: a pantry and refer stocked with basics (including coffee and tea) so you do not have to shop as though you are stocking a new home for just a weeks' stay. Very much appreciated. Lastly, Sharon was very generous with information exhange and answered all my inquiries promptly. You will need a car if you want to visit Old Town, the zoo, etc. but check out Old Town Trolley...get's you to the main attractions in the area and park for free in Old Town. But if you do not want to go, go go, the balcony is perfect just to relax and Ocean Beach is a short walk and full of character.

I pride myself in stocking the condo so you can enjoy a good cup of coffee or tea every morning on me! Sharon

Great Ocean Vistas

It was such a pleasure to stay at this seaside condo. We immediately felt right at home; it was clean, comfortable and well appointed with quality appliances, comfy beds and furniture. I especially enjoyed and appreciated the wonderful kitchen as I love to cook, not to mention the view from the kitchen window – I could stay there all day! The condo was situated dramatically right on the sea, with gorgeous views, and was in an interesting neighbourhood, very accessible to San Diego and environs and good food stores and restaurants. The landlord was most amenable and professional, and responded to any questions, and very organized with the booking etc. We would highly recommend this house.

Heavenly escape....

Our trips to San Diego are filled with lots of family and friends. It was so wonderful to escape back to your little oasis with all of the comforts of home at the end of the day. Thank you for thinking of everything from paper products to soaps, lovely linens and a full spice rack! We had numerous whale a pods of dolphin sightings. We'd love to make it an annual tradition. Ocean Beach was fabulous as always and just a few blocks away. Can't wait to get back!

Hi Sharon & John, Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was just like your pictures. Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Your kitchen was amazing. You had beautiful dishes and cookware. It was a joy using them. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening drinking wine bundled up watching the shooting stars, listing to the waves crashing on the beach. We also watched movies and stayed in our PJ's till noon. It was a magical time and we hope to be back soon! Kay

My husband and I stayed here at the beginning of October and it was just as wonderful as it was advertised to be. It had incredible views, delightful decorating, and was sparkling clean. You are a short distance away from the sandy beach and I especially enjoyed watching people fish off the pier and looking for wildlife. Everything is very walkable or a very short drive (a few short blocks to restaurants, antique shops, coffee shops, grocery stores). It was just delightful!

We came a long way not really knowing what to expect,although Sharon had previously answered all of our questions. We found everything was as promised and a little more. Our son and his wife joined us from London UK for 8 days and they also very much enjoyed their time in the property. Nice restaurants and bars were within 10 mins walking distance,and good shops were close by for food shopping. All in all a very pleasant and relaxing time at the beach !

The Perfect Honeymoon Spot

Imagine waking to the sound of the ocean and soft breezes wafting through your bedroom. You rise and walk down the short hall to find a glass wall looking out at waters that continue all the way to Asia. Take you coffee out onto the balcony and watch cormorants dive for their breakfasts. This place is perched 75 feet above the breakers and I can't think of a more romantic place for my new wife and I to enjoy our first week as a married couple. Everything was perfect about this place from the welcoming bouquet of flowers on the dining table to the All-Clad cookware in the cabinets. We recommend it for your special time away in San Diego.

Sharon, I can’t thank you enough for sharing your lovely home away from home with us. My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in San Diego in May 2011, and enjoyed every minute of our stay. This was a surprise vacation for my wife and she was pleasantly surprised indeed. Sitting on the balcony, we watched the sail boats and pelicans as well as witnessing the waves come in and crash which made for an enjoyable start to our day. We ended each day in the same fashion. The calming effect was impressive. We own a vacation home on the water and while the calming effects of sitting and relaxing at the water’s edge is unexplainable, listening to the water crash on the shore was beyond words. It was something one must experience. Your condominium was well stocked with all of the comforts of home. From the moment we walked through the front door, we felt very comfortable. From the furnishings to the flatware and everything in between, we could not have asked for a better experience. It truly had all of the comforts of home. Your recommendation for places to dine, shop, site see or just walk around to take in the San Diego experience was wonderful. We ended up purchasing groceries as well as fresh fruits & vegetables from several locations and our favorite meat market was (Siesel’s). We decided to dine “at home” most evenings, making for some very romantic nights. A home cooked dinner and then a glass of wine (or two) while watching the sunset in the very comfortable patio furniture was a memory we will savor for many years to come. The privacy was well received and very much appreciated. We plan to make your home away from home our home away from home again in the near future and hopefully for many years to come. This had to be one of the most relaxing, enjoyable vacations we have had in many years. We anxiously wait for our return visit. The only thing that made leaving a day of anticipated excitement and not dread was returning home to Michigan our four wonderful children and two chocolate Labrador Retrievers.

PERFECTION !

I have never been an envious person..but after spending a week at this special condo I found myself very envious of Sharon and John..that they are so furtunate to own this exquisite piece of paradise! The condo is sheer perfection ...offering a balcony with unmatched beautiful views, amazing sunsets, seagulls flying overhead, the sound and smell of the ocean, and just the most relaxing enjoyable place anyone could ever want ..day and night. The very comfortable immaculate condo is beautifully decorated in an ocean theme, bringing the feel of the beach indoors. I felt right at home from the first moment I stepped inside. (and didn't really want to leave either). AIt offered every convenience you would want or need, privacy and peaceful, and we were even greeted with a thoughtful bouquet of flowers. To add to all this...is the laid back unpretenious and friendly unique community of O.B., the last of the little beach towns. I grew up here in the 50's and over the years it has thankfully maintained the same spirit and character all its own. A part of my heart will always be in O.B., and will be in yours too after a visit here. From the condo you can walk to Newport Ave's many family owned restaurants featuring food of every kind. There are many delightful little shops and antique stores to explore too. Although San Diego has many places and things to see...you don't really need to leave O.B.. There is enough here to please everyone. By the way, checking out the tide pools, the beach, and a walk on the O.B. Pier (the longest on the west coast) is a must! I can honestly say this condo and O.B. are absolute perfection- and if I ever win the lottery I will definitely make John And Sharon an "offer they can't refuse" for their lovely home! Thank you both so much for sharing it, and making my vacation even more memorable. My only reget writng these sincere glowing compliments on this condo is that everyone will now want to go there...and it will be booked up! It is my dream to hopefully be able to return again every year to this special idyllc paradise..I miss it already.

It's always a wonderful feeling when all of your expections are met instantly upon arriving at any destination. That is how we felt when we walked through the door at Sunsets and Seascapes. The words convenience, stocked, comfortable and home away from home sum it up....and to top it off, you couldn't get any closer to the water! It's perfect. Great Seascape and Perfect Vacation Spot

My family spent our extended Christmas vacation at this condo in December of 2009. I must emphasize that from my first inquiry about the property to the very end—leaving the keys in the key lock—it was the most positive and enjoyable experience. The owners deliver everything they advertise. I think that they deliver even more! For seven days we felt that we were not the vacation renters but the home quests. Almost the entire content of the unit is at guests’ disposal: spices, paper goods, candles, soaps, detergents, etc.; good selection of books for readers and good selection of cable channels for TV watchers; enough pots and pans for cooks. All photographs posted on the website correlate with reality precisely; the bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen look exactly the same as on photos. I think that from the photograph of the building (HomeAway, Cyberrentals) you can deduce that the unit (one of the four) is the best in the building; the most private and with the “sunset exposure”. I can confirm that this is the case. As advertised, the location in Ocean Beach and in San Diego area is superb. Only five miles to the airport and minutes to major attractions: Point Loma, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla etc. If you plan to see a sunset at the Sunset Cliffs Park, do not bother! You will experience a better sunset at the unit’s balcony. We expected great views from the direct Pacific front unit but the views and sunsets exceeded our expectations; at night, you have spectacular views, too! The sound of crashing waves is also phenomenal. On a personal note, before we decided to rents this property, I flooded Sharon with questions. She replied promptly and very thoroughly. From my e-mail and phone exchanges, I was reassured that I was dealing with a person of great integrity and honesty and that was the additional important factor that prompted us to rent this very cozy, comfortable and fantastically located property.

Thank you Sharon & John for sharing your condo. It is just as beautiful and comfortable as your descriptions & pictures show. Everything about the condo is wonderful. My husband & I spent 1 week in Oct. at the condo & loved every minute. We loved it so much we just got home from another week there. In Oct. we walked everywhere, ate at the Blue Parrot twice, the Puerto Nuevo Shrimp is unbelievable good. We shopped at the Farmers Market and strolled through all the local shops. We used our rental car 3 times in a week. To get to the condo from the airport, to go to the grocery store and then back to the airport. We were always back on the deck for the sunsets and then I would cook dinner in the fully equipped and well laid out kitchen. In Dec. the storms were awesome. We watched the waves hitting the pier & the rain from inside the condo. We walked alot, when the weather permitted. We ate out only once, at The Blue Parrot and ate the same shrimp again. I love to cook and their kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. My husband and I enjoyed the big TV with the DVR. We could zip through commercials or record shows for later. At bedtime the big down comforters on the beds are so warm and snugly it was hard to get up in the morning. When we came home in Oct. we got rid of our coffee maker because we liked theirs so much better , we had to get one just like theirs. Today I went and got a new hairdryer because the one they provide for guests is so much nicer than what I own. There is only one reason I didn't want to write this review... I was afraid the condo would always be rented and we wouldn't be able to stay there again. It's beautiful, we can't wait to go back again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.... Kitty & Michael

Owner response: Kay has been back two more times since she wrote this review! She timed one visit so she could be here for 2 Wednesday nights, the night the Farmers' Market takes over the main street of O.B. Be sure to taste the homemade chocolate: to die for!

Home away from Home... lovely seaside condo with every needed amenity; grand fun walking to the pier to watch the fishermen & surfers, enjoy shops and restaurants. Ocean Beach is a charming little town. On our do-over list!

What a beautiful place! The condo and Ocean Beach were everthing that I imagined - and more. The views are spectacular and the town has a character and friendliness of its own, plus some super eateries. I dream of being able to visit here again sometime in the future...

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this Ocean Front home in April 2009! The views, as well as the pleasant sound of the surf, were outstanding. The home was comfortable, clean and private. In addition, our comfortable "home base" was located just a short drive from all of San Diego's attractions. If we return to San Diego, we would definitely stay here again.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful week in your beautiful condo! All the amenities were exactly as elegant and comfortable as described. It really was like staying in someone's home. The fresh flowers and wine were a gracious welcome. Even in early January, we enjoyed pleasant temperatures in the 70's and could spend afternoons with a good book overlooking the ocean. What a view! Our favorite activity was going to the Point Loma Fish Market for lunch and cooking fresh seafood in the well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning. Sharon and John were wonderful hosts!

Never thought we could improve upon San Diego yet staying in your condo has certainly changed our minds! Greeted by beautiful fresh flowers & wine we stepped out onto your balcony & were totally captivated by the view of the cliffs & ocean. The condo has so much to offer in lovely furnishings & thoughtful details that made us feel so at home. Perfectly located we enjoyed strolls to Ocean Beach & easy access to San Diego attractions. Thank-you so much for creating a wonderful retreat & we plan to return again soon!

And then there are the views! As a native Floridian I am used to outstanding and breath-taking ocean views but the views from your balcony are to die for! Your home's furnishings are top of the line. So many vacation homes we have rented basically have the owners "left-overs", they bring the old stuff from their primary residence; nothing matches and it is usually distressed. That was not the case here. It was a pleasure to entertain guests with the same quality as I would at home! Ocean Beach is an eclectic and welcoming community - and there is no better place to explore it than from your home. Your suggestions and recommendations for dining and enjoying the area enabled us to enjoy Ocean Beach like a local. And the Farmer's Market on Wednesday evening -was such a treat! We had a wonderful stay with our son, daughter in law and grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone and we were able to entertain some friends that live in San Diego. How incredible to sit on the front deck, watch the sunset and hear the waves. Truly a beautiful setting. The condominium was well decorated, well stocked and offered everything we wanted. Sharon was very helpful (calling a locksmith quickly for us when we discovered the previous guests had not left the key!) I'm looking for another excuse to visit San Diego so we can stay there again

We stayed in this condo for a week in June and it was fabulous, the views of the Pacific and the sunset were breathtaking. It was lovely to go to sleep to and wake up to the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks. Condo is really nicely furnished, very comfortable, a home from home. Sharon was extremenly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She even bought a camp bed for us when we enquired if they was one in the condo. The deposit was returned very promptly. It was an absolute pleasure to both stay in the condo and to deal with Sharon also.

We found the condo to be well maintained, nicely furnished, and well stocked, and the flowers, wine, restaurant reviews/menus, and coffee in the refrigerator were extra special touches we really appreciated. The flowers were beautiful up until the day we had to leave and they smelled great! It was also very helpful to have use of a computer to check in for flights and get boarding passes issued for our return trip. We did our best to cram lots of area sights into our week and were surprised at the diversity of landscapes within such a short distance. Having such a nice home on the ocean to return to each day made our trip much more enjoyable. Thanks to you and John for the special touches.

From the minute we opened the door and saw the beautiful flowers and bottle of wine (how did you know Pinot Noir is our favorite?), we felt welcomed. The views are spectacular and the decor is perfect. I fell in love with the beach-themed guest room! The people of Ocean Beach are great; we started feeling right at home at the local market. It was so nice to drink our morning coffee and evening wine on the deck overlooking the ocean. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Sharon and John, Staying in your fantastic Ocean Beach condo was an experience beyond words. Like your other guests, I didn't want to leave! Your home is tastefully decorated and cozy, with amazing views - and the beds are very comfortable too! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay: from my morning walks, to evenings on the deck, to a safe and pleasant place to return to from my conference in town - it was all wonderful. We have always loved San Diego, but this trip was exceptional. The condo was great and the view unparalleled. There is something very cool about starting your morning in shorts, with a cup of cofee on the deck over looking the Pacific. In addition to the great accomodations, all of the little things like the newspaper, fresh flowers, a nice bottle of wine, and all of the beach toys made this trip most memorable. We are already planning our return visit.

The view was spectacular! It was hard to leave. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable/cozy. The condo was the perfect place to stay while visiting San Diego. Our stay there was the highlight of our trip to California. The convenient location allowed us easy access to the local sights, giving us more time to spend on the deck enjoying the view. In fact, most evening meals were take-out from nearby restaurants so we could enjoy them on the deck as the sun set. The accomodations were comfortable, spacious, of high quality and the view from the deck was spectacular. we couldn't ask for anything more. We will certainly be back on our next trip to San Diego.

My husband and I stayed for a week and could have moved right in! The home was beautiful and very welcoming and located near everything. We have stayed in many different places in the San Diego area and this was our favorite. Hopefully we will return many times to visit this great home away from home!

Sharon and John What a wonderful vacation we enjoyed in your Beach House! From the sound of the surf, to the wonderful sunsets and ocean vista, the setting was gorgeous. The comfortably furnished balcony added another dimension to our stay, and we loved watching surfers, fisher folk, swimmers, etc. In fact, the seascape became an important and dynamic part of our holiday. Your home and its furnishings and equipment are of high quality, and we enjoyed your many personal touches as well as the bottle of wine and flowers upon arrival. We definitely plan a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home on Ocean Beach!! We both said that it was the best rental that we have had (we have rented a lot). However, staying in your place felt more like being in our own home, rather than a rental. The view and sunsets from your deck cannot be beat. We enjoyed hearing the crashing of the waves, watching ships and surfers and looking at the pier. The location was perfect for day trips to San Diego and other beach towns. The very pleasant decor, gourmet kitchen, comfy, handsome patio furniture and binoculars all enhanced our stay. Walking into a beautiful place and then being greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine was very welcoming. Your place exceeded our expectations and we both hope for a return visit. We stayed at your condo in San Diego the first week of October. Let me start by thanking you for sharing your home with us. We had a fabulous time from the moment we first walked in and saw the beautiful fresh flowers and the wonderful bottle of wine to seeing the unbelievable ocean view. We could not have stayed at a better place. We felt like we were staying at a good friends house with all the attention to detail that you provided. We took care of your home as if it were our own and I hope all those who rent from you do the same because it felt like home and not just a vacation rental. We really appreciated the ipod player so we could listen to our i pods and the binoculars were fun to use. I can't think of anything you should do differently for your future guests. Again thank your for a memorable stay and if you are ever in Houston please look us up. Next time we go to San Diego, we hope to stay at your home again and instead of running to all the attractions with the kids, we would just like to hang out on your deck and really enjoy the view.
