The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our property is rare in that it's located in the heart of downtown. This gives guests the opportunity to walk to great shopping and restaurants, and have a short drive into Rocky Mountain National Park. Our second floor location faces the river, so even though we are in the heart of town, the unit is quiet and secluded feeling. High vaulted ceilings, wood flooring and modern furniture gives a warm and welcoming feel.

Our October weekend in your wonderful loft was a slice of Rocky Mountain Heaven. Low crowds, walking the trail along the river under the golden leaves, cozy fireplace in the evenings. Hope to be back soon for another lovely visit!

This is a high end place! Who can't love the hardware floors? No grody carpet. clean, gorgeous, very convenient! We walked all over town, even to the golf course to see the elk. Great managers! Would love to come back! Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay here!

This property is ideal for Estes Park. You can walk to shopping and dining and are only minutes to RMNP. The unit is absolutely beautiful overlooking the Big Thompson River and the Estes Park riverwalk. We couldn't imagine a better Estes experience.

Exactly what we were looking and hoping for. We come to hike in RMNP but love to spend some time downtown while we're here. This beautiful loft is right downtown, has a deck over the river walk, is a 5-10 minute drive to the park entrance, and has an owner who is responsive to questions. This will definitely be our first option on our next visit.

This loft was just perfect for my husband and I for our Estes Park vacation. Everything in it was new and in perfect condition and we could walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Best of all, in the evenings, we sat out on the balcony, overlooking the river walk and watched the river tumble by and see the deer feeding on the mountainside opposite. Several nights, we ate there and had our cocktails. So nice! The owners were extremely nice and returned our deposit check, as promised. This is a great place to stay.

Awesome place! Came up to Estes Park for classes and wished I could've had more time at the loft! My hubby and kids had to come up on my last night because I raved about it so much. Great location, peaceful, very open and spacious! Great river walk to marina and lake! Thanks Amy! I will plan another stay at your place and will recommend it to friends!

Few VRBO experiences have over-delivered, and this is one of them! My husband and I were in love with this beautiful, well-appointed condo. We could have (and did) move right in! Great location, convenient to downtown (you are right there!) and RMNP. Slept like logs to the lulling sounds of the river. Amy was a huge help and led us to terrific and romantic dinner at Twin Owls. Loved everything about it!!! We will be back!! Thansk -Michele & Karl, Tucson, AZ

We have a actual "guestbook" in the unit and have received nothing but raving reviews. Most guests thought the location was ideal- right in the middle of downtown, close to the National Park, yet very quiet and relaxing. Please come and stay and let me know what you think! Amy Lane
