Welcome to Villa Gina, located on simply the most beautiful Paradise Caribbean island of St. Lucia. This rustic, newly-built, beachfront villa is approximately 100 yds from the lovely sandy beach of Ans Becune. The Villa Enjoys breathtaking views of the Ans Becune Sandy beach Cove;Caribbean Sea; a champion golf course and our neighboring French island of Martinique.

An enchanting alternative to the larger resorts, this romantic environment with its Colorado log cabin architecture, is designed of partial logs with a Caribbean flavor. Wake up to lovely sunrise, tropical sounds of birds and the gentle surfs of the Ans Becune sandy beach.

A 10-minute walk will also take you to Pigeon Island - a historic national park, one of St. Lucia’s premier beaches and home of St Lucia’s International Jazz Festival. Villa Gina is located five to ten minutes from all tourist activities. Villa Gina appeals to first time travelers, families as well as seasoned holidaymakers yearning for the comfort and luxury of an expensive resort however, refreshingly modestly priced.

The Beachfront Villa is privately nestled on acre of land. This exotic Rustic House with its huge Vaulted Ceiling enjoys constant Breeze. The Villa is styled with Exquisite wood furnishing and designed with a variety species of wood work. Unusual shape and sizes of Glass windows and doors Dominate the villa to capture the extraordinary panoramic view of this paradise island. Villa Gina is 3,600 square feet with three master bedrooms including two end suites.

You Enter the Villa into a large Great Room (living area) with a high vaulted ceiling and a spectacular panoramic view of the beach and cap estate. The 800-square-foot great room includes a dining area and comfortable living area with exquisite furnishings. Your entertainment area is the unique and spacious Loft (400 square feet), which again presents you with spectacular views of Caribbean Sea, and sandy beach nearby with a TV, DVD player, video players, cassette and CD stereo. The Kitchen is on a two-step split-level and flows into the great room, making your scenic view from it on uninterrupted. It is designed with an island bar and is fully equipped with a side-by-side fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, large cooker and dishwasher.

There are three master bedrooms at the Villa Gina. Two are end suites, each with private patios and spectacular views. End suite number one is very spacious (500 square feet) and has a California King Sized bed. End Suite number one also has an end suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a unique indoor/outdoor garden rain shower. End Suite number two has a queen size bed, walk in closet and an end suite shower room. This room also enjoys a wonderful view and direct access to its own patio. Master Suite three has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and an en-suite indoor/outdoor garden rain shower. All rooms have an alarm/clock radio and ceiling Fans. There is a separate fully equipped laundry room for the housekeeper with a washer and dryer.

One of the features of Villa Gina, which gives it its unique tropical vacation experience, is the location of its 9000 gallon water pool. From its spacious sun deck, enjoy breathtaking and panoramic views of the beach, sea, champion golf course and cap estate. The pool deck is the only designated smoking area at Villa Gina.

Gina and I reside in the great state of Colorado USA. However, we are natives of this stunning Paradise Caribbean island of St. Lucia. Villa Gina is a piece of this paradise we own and call home. We would like to invite you to experience the captivating mood of the island and our home.

Gina and I worked at resorts such as Sandals all over the Caribbean for a combined 10 years until finally we came to the realization of this unique vacation concept of ours which has been unravelling for the past five years. It is our dream home and we extend our invitation to you to enjoy our home and breathtaking island.

  • Two single friends and I stayed at Villa Gina during the Jazz Fest in May 2009. We were speechless upon arrival at the villa (not to mention during the drive with Cosmos from the airport to St Lucia...amazing scenery and great information and tips!). The villa surpasses every picture you will see of it. We found the rooms perfect for our situation as each offered something special (the king size room is breathtaking and the two queens has a great view and space...while the third smaller room has its own sunshower making it appealing, as well). There was nothing we needed or lacked during our stay. The villa is equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including a local cell phone you can top up for easy communication between the villa and the cell, or to Cosmos, or the driver he will introduce you to. The pool was a special treat and Cosmos indicated he was going to be doing renovations in that area to include a gazebo for some shade. We regularly walked down to the resort (Smugglers Cover) and enjoyed the beach. Rodney Bay and Gros Islet are literally at 10 minute cab ride away and offer affordable dining and entertainment options. Gina and Cosmos took interest in our activities and offered to organize any excursions we were interested in. They were also very conscientious of our privacy and made themselves available, but also kept to themselves. I cannot say enough about our experience at Villa Gina. I have already recommended it to my parents and their friends and would love to come back for another visit during Carnival sometime. Thank you to Cosmos and Gina for a wonderful vacation and for making your home feel like ours. It was a very special trip. And Merlyn, the housekeeper, was a doll to have around!

"We only have wonderful things to say about the Villa Gina and our dream vacation to St. Lucia. We (family of 7) stayed at the Villa during the last week of July 2006. Cosmas and Gina have done an outstanding job to provide travelers with a five star villa and all of the amenities one would expect with such a rating. They arranged a number of wonderful excursions for our large family (not an easy feat), with only the best local companies. We went diving, and on the Land and Sea xcursion. Both were experiences we will treasure always. The villa itself is beautiful, and you want for nothing. The staff is second to none. We felt safe, comfortable, and at home (all while being pampered). St Lucia is a spectacular island, and the people we met were all very warm and friendly. I recommend St. Lucia and the Villa Gina to everyone I come in contact with." .
