  We only have wonderful things to say about the Villa Gina and our dream vacation to St. Lucia. We (family of 7) stayed at the Villa during the last week of July 2006. Cosmas and Gina have done an outstanding job to provide travelers with a five star villa and all of the amenities one would expect with such a rating. They arranged a number of wonderful excursions for our large family (not an easy feat), with only the best local companies. We went diving (Dive Fair Helen) and on the land and sea excursion. Both were experiences we will treasure always. The villa itself is beautiful, and you want for nothing. The staff is second to none. We felt safe, comfortable, and at home (all while being pampered). St Lucia is a spectacular island, and the people we met were all very warm and friendly. I recommend St. Lucia and the Villa Gina to everyone I come in contact with. It was the dream vacation of a lifetime.

  One of the best islands I have visited. The Villa and the included services were exceptional. A majestic view from the Villa into the bay is spectacular. What a country. Beautiful people.

  I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Villa Gina. We had a great vacation with our friends. It was a three family trip with a party of 11. The Villa exceeded all our expectations with great views of the ocean, easy access to three beaches, and spacious living arrangements. The staff did a great job in helping us navigate the island, in recommending and setting up our excursions, selecting restaurants, and keeping the Villa clean and comfortable. We had a very secure feeling and never worried about leaving our personal affects around the Villa or locations we went to. Our transportation was arranged by the Villa staff and we were given the Villa cell phone to call our individual drivers on an as needed basis. We simply paid for minutes on the phone as needed and this worked out wonderful. The Island is mountainous and has many breath taking views but we were glad we chose not to rent a car. Being US citizens and driving on the opposite side of the road, in winding turning roads would not have been as relaxing. We all recommend having the Taxi person as needed. The people the Villa staff chose to be our drivers was excellent as well. They were courteous and safe. We would definetly recommend Villa Gina for a great vacation with a small or large party. The only negative I would say about the Villa is the property is located on a steep hill and three floors so if a person is not able to walk and do stairs it may not be ideal for them. For our party it was perfect.

  We just returned from a one week stay at Villa Gina. There were 11 of us, all adults, and it did not disappoint! It’s possible that the pictures on the site did not do it justice! The Villa is so large that we were never in each others way, except for maybe a few mornings cooking breakfast in the kitchen. I didn’t go to Smugglers Cove (on the bottom of the other hill), but a few of the “kids” did and on 2 occasions they said that the folks over there kept looking over at Villa Gina and admiring it from a distance and wondering who lived there!! Laura, the Island manager took very good care of us as well as keeping the house nice and clean. We had booked a Land and Sea excursion before we arrived and on the morning of the trip, they called and cancelled. We took it in stride and had Laura book it for the following day. We were at the beach a few hours later and were approached by a local guy that wanted us to book the same excursion but instead of going by land in the morning, it would all be on our own boat at a lower price. So, of course, we jumped all over it. We called Laura and had her cancel the trip for us. In about 20 minutes she showed up at the beach, asked what we had arranged and then spoke (interrogated!) to the guy that we booked with. She had him show her all of his credentials, his insurance and how many his boat could legally carry!! She was always on top of things!! Thank you! Oh yeah, the trip was wonderful too!! Chris, the “do everything guy”, did just that. He was always available to answer any questions that we had as well as constantly working around the Villa, painting, cleaning the pool, following us up if we left a few dirty dishes around or doing yard work. He also was up early with us and also up late the few times that we stayed out, keeping an eye on us!!! We had originally reserved 2 cars to be dropped off the morning after we arrived. After about 10 minutes from the airport, we all realized that they just didn’t have those kind of twisty, winding roads in New Jersey and that none of us wanted to drive. We cancelled the cars and used the “driver” that was provided. Patrick, you were a God-send!!! He was available, usually within 10 minutes to take us wherever we wanted, anytime of the day or night! As it turned out, he was far more than a “driver”, he was our companion and friend. The people of St Lucia were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us! Avoid the all inclusives, this can NOT be beat!!

  Villa Gina is rustic in decor with plenty of room for families. The pool is a nice size with comfortable sun chaises and the patio area provides shade and a barbeque which we used very often. My brother had wanted to get married in St. Lucia and Cosmas was our wedding planner. Cosmas was instrumental in making all of the administrative arrangements and made all the necessary preparations for my brother's tailor-made wedding. Cosmas found the perfect beach for the wedding. It was perfect!. We went into Rodney Bay for a few meals. We enjoyed "The Buzz" and the Big Chef Restaurant (steakhouse). Their steaks are imported from Texas and were absolutely incredible. The ultimate foody experience can be had at the "Cliff at Cap" restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Touring the island is a must. The Pitons are almost always in sight. Make sure to go into Castries on Saturday (market day). It is quite an experience! My one regret was not taking the catermarian to St. Martinique for a day excursion. I only heard good reviews and ran out of time. If your looking for your own tailor-made (laid-back) vacation or wedding, Villa Gina is the place. Cosmas and his wife Gina are so pleasant to deal with. They go the extra mile to be the perfect hosts to ensure your holiday is everything you want it to be.

  honeymoon. I cannot put into words how amazing this trip was. Cosmas and his wife Gina are some of the most amazing people ever. He was very helpful when planning our trip and arranged travels for us, including a scenic island tour and ziplinning through the rain forest. The house keeper Merlin was also the nicest woman we have ever been blessed to meet. She cooked us local meals, did our laundry, and cleaned for us. The location was outstanding. The beach was just a short walk away, no more than 5 minutes down the hill. The private pool was definitely a luxury at the villa as well. I would more than suggest this villa for a vacation. If you ever get the opportunity to go to St. Lucia do it and stay at the Villa Gina. Make sure to book it directly through Cosmas though, at his website, http://www.stluciavacationvillarentals.com/st-lucia-villa/ He takes the stress out of planning a trip and there is no middle man or vacation rental agency.

  My wife and kids, age 10 and 12, just returned from a fabulous week on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. We stayed at Villa Gina and we cannot say enough great things about the villa and our hosts Cosmas and Gina. The villa is exactly as pictured online and is conveniently located just a two minute walk to the beach and this lovely cove and is minutes away from some of the best dining on the island. I would strongly recommend that you use Cosmas and his team as your driver as they were able to pick us up at the airport and then shuttle us around the island knowing exactly where to go and how to get there. This eliminated all of the stress of having to figure out directions and then getting there as well as being able to enjoy the scenery. We loved our mornings at Villa Gina having breakfast up by the pool and getting our days started with a refreshing swim. Merlin, the house keeper made us a traditional St. Lucian breakfast one morning that is certainly worth trying. Cosmas was the consummate host making recommendations on sight seeing and dining. We chartered a private 46 foot catamaran through the Moorings which I would strongly recommend. Did the zipline and Snuba per Cosmos recommendation and toured the island including the volcano. We love fine dining and had several great experiences including: lunch at Ladera situated between the Pitons which had one of the best views, The Cliff at Cap Maison which was my wife and my favorite for overall food and setting (went twice), Buzz which was my kids favorite (they are little foodies and love fine dining) where we also went twice, Big Chef which is great if you want a good steak, and finally, Coal Pot which has a great setting on the water but the food and service was simply okay and was our least favorite. In closing, we greatly anticipate returning to St. Lucia and Villa Gina and bringing our family and friends. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Cosmas and the team at Villa Gina for helping to make this one of our best family vacations ever!!! Sincerely, Dr. Bret, Suzanne, Blake(12), Bryan(10)

  A year ago I decided to look for a villa St Lucia and after multiple research I had decided on Villa Gina and emailed the owner and reserved a week in February 2011. From the moment we (my husband, my brother and sister-in-law) arrived at Villa Gina we knew this was an excellent choice for our vacation. Cosmos and Gina took us out the first night to the street dance in Gros Islet and we had a great time. The view from Villa Gina is incredible, the villa is very clean and spacious, five bedrooms. The pool is just the right size and you can BBQ there. We didn't do the AC, we wanted to hear the waves and get the sea breeze coming through the windows. You can come and go as you like not like the hotels. The staff Christopher and Merlin were very friendly. Merlin is so sweet, she will do anything for you. If you ever go there you will not regret it, we hope we can return one day. The villa is only 20 minutes brisk walking to Pigeon Island which was also magnificent to sit and watch the waves coming in. Cosmos and Gina have become our friends for life. Thank you again for a marvelous vacation.

  We vacation with 2 other couples yearly. We found that the Villa Gina was exactly as described & shown in the pictures on the VRBO site. The house was well furnished & met our every need. Cosmas, Gina, Merlin & Chris were awesome!!! Cosmas was available 24/7 if we needed him & was very helpful in suggesting activities. He showed us parts of the island you can't see on a tour. He took us to the BodyHoliday LeSport resort & I would recommend this location if you are looking for a relaxing spot to unwind. This vacation was probably the best I've ever had. It was truely amazing. Thank you to all my Villa Gina friends!!!! We will be seeing you again!
