My wife and I have spent many years coming back to the Philippines on vacation - holiday from Australia.
Why the Owner Chose Manila
We were always amazed at the high cost of reasonable hotels and staggered at the cost of the quality hotels. When we moved here to the Philipinnes permanently five years ago, we lived in the province and visited Manila regularly, We thought there has to be a better alternative to expensive hotels. We then bought our first condo in Malate and offered it to others for their vacation-holiday rental for those that wanted to rent a condo - apartment here in Manila . Our apartment proved so popular, we added another two in the same building. We choose our condo's for their location right in heart of the tourist attractions and close to everything. We are surounded by really wonderfull new shopping mall's with the Mall of Asia ( The largest shopping Mall in asia) with in a 5 minute cab ride and Robertson mall 900 meters in the other direction.
Malate is best location for Vacationers - holiday makers in Manila .
