The view from the balcony is spectacular! The condo is beautiful and clean with attention to every detail. The beach is gorgeous and watching the dolphins in the ocean was a bonus!

This place is amazing! Everything we expected and more. Great location! The view is amazing! We saw dolphins from the balcony 3 different nights while we were there. We had our 15 month old with us - she had a blast! The condo itself was great! Had everything we needed and then some! Pool area was nice, clean and had pool toys / grills / patio tables and chairs to use. Very clean facility, staff is very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Sunsets, fantastic view, sand, sun, water, great food - it's all here. But to top it off is this condo. The first thing you do is take in the view of the gulf on the big balcony. You can not resist drinking your morning coffee watching the beach walkers or having an evening beverage watching the sunset. The master bedroom is good size and so is the living room. The kitchen was very impressive with the good quality cookware and all the essentials, including a breakfast bar and kitchen table. Included with the condo was a beach umbrella and chairs - a huge plus! The building had noodles and rafts for the guests to use in the pool or beach. The beach was clean (could not resist running my toes through the sand) and the water was great. Took many walks on the beach. The other reviews are very accurate and we can not add too much more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The photos are accurate, the condo was clean. Grocery shopping is close by and the condo came supplied with a small supply of some essentials (dish soap, bar soap, etc.). The owner responded to all our (many) questions promptly. We were looking for a place to get away from a hectic lifestyle and relax .... and we found it! Look forward to a return visit in the very near future.

I rented this beautiful top floor condo for 10 days and I could not have been more pleased. Not only was the weather picture perfect, but I would also describe the views and the condo itself the same. Everything was excellent -- from the ease of check-in to the pool, the hot tub and the overall condition of the unit and surrounding property. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who needs to get away for a little rest and relaxation. It was the perfect unit! And the views are unmatched...gulf front with a huge balcony! I can't think of a better way to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Thank you! Can't wait for my next visit!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

This was the first trip for myself, husband, and 2 young children. Our stay was phenominal! We could not have had a better place to "get-away"!! First, if you have never been to St. Pete Beach, you will love it! It has to be one of the BEST beaches in the country. It is clean, wide, long and that white sugary sand is so glorious on the feet. The Gulf of Mexico water is very calm, warm and a beautiful turquoise color. St. Pete Beach is a GREAT place for the family. Along with a GREAT beach, very nice restaurants (fresh seafood), and quaint beach shops, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy within a few blocks. We saved quite a lot of money eating some meals in the condo. The accommodations were way above my expectations. The grounds were well maintained, the pool was clean and larger than expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we walked into this condo...WOW, the view is really spectacular!! We walked straight out to the large balcony and just fell in love with the view. We were all very excited to be there! The pictures do not do it justice! When I came back inside to get settled. I noticed the detail the owners put into this place. Everything was so very clean and smelled great. I have stayed in many vacation condos and just didn't expect the quality AND quantity of the furnishings. I loved the heavy gage silverware and the nice stoneware dishes. The pots, pans, and bake-ware are great; and we used it all. It has all of the small kitchen appliances I have at home. A very nice HD LCD T.V. in the living room, plus 2 other T.V.s! I just can't say enough of how impressed I was with everything. The owners seemed to have thought of everything, including the beach furniture & toys. I fell asleep every night to the sound of waves rhythmically lapping upon the shore. Like it says...you will never want to leave!

We stayed here for a week in June and the condo was perfect. The location is fantastic, close to everything and the view can not be beat. Although it is a little smaller than we are accustomed to we soon adjusted and the spacious balcony more than made up for the smaller interior. Who stays inside anyway?? It was very well furnished and equipped, couldn't believe there were even beach chairs and toys. We will definitely stay here again. Chris is a great host and takes great pride in making your stay comfortable.

This is the real deal. Upon arriving at this condo on the top floor, the first thing you do is to walk out onto the balcony from the living or bed room to assess the view. You stand in almost disbelief as the site that is unveiled in front of you is a quiet, perfect beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Gulls and pelicans fly just feet from where you stand and the unmistakeable sound of waves collapsing on the beach takes you somewhere else in your mind. but that somewhere is here. Look to the right or left and view nothing but unobstructed coastline to the North & South. No rooftops, parking lots or roads. Just beach and water to look at. (FYI:If you are planning a stay at the Don Cesar, keep in mind their overpriced rooms & suites have no balconies). All we did everyday was go to the beach and back to the condo for food and sleep. And at the end of everyday, right before dinner, you can decide to walk down to the beach or walk out onto the balcony to watch the sun dissolve into the Gulf. One day, we did take a 15 minute walk up the beach one day to have lunch at the Don Cesar Hotel. I had a very good $10 hamburger and my wife had a very good $14 fish sandwich. Did I mention that the supermarket is up the block, so we cooked most of our own meals. When we did not want to cook, we ordered out. Gigi's down the street delivers great Italian and crisp brick oven pizza. The condo has just about everything you need. Even chairs and beach umbrella, mask& snorkel, small coolers, beach toys. We wanted for nothing except to stay another week. If you are looking for some quiet time on the beach to do nothing but unwind, this is the perfect place. Good for families too. There were a few nice families there during our stay. The kids love the beach and it completely wipes them out. So, if kids usually bother you, they won't be a problem here. As I write this review, the only thing bad I have to say about the place is....give me a minute....The sand is so soft and fine, that it is a little tough to walk through. Especially when you are coming back from a hard morning at the beach to have lunch and a nap. They will have to do something about that next time.

Spent one week in this beautiful condo in March. Spectacular view from the large balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Great location on the beach. Close to everything. Management staff is very helpful and polite. Definitely will stay here again.

We had a great time .. what a beautiful condo and beautiful views from the balcony .. I wanted to eat on the deck every night .. its right on the beach .. the best condo in the building right on the top center floor with a huge deck. Very comfortable place, has everything you need. Nice pool and hot tub too. Thanks for a great stay. We'd love to come again!!

We have stayed 2X in this complex, once in this unit. Both times we have enjoyed the complex and the units. As others have stated, they are clean & new and nicely appointed; right on the beach (& what a great beach to walk); close to shopping & restaurants. Would not hesitate to return.

WOW!!!! From the HUGE balcony to the awesome TV, this condo has it all. It's spacious and clean as a pin. The attention to detail is such a great touch. The Merhab's really care about the quality of your stay and it shows in everything they've done with this condo. Way to go you guys!! And thanks for the great gift basket. We spent 2 amazing weeks in this beautiful condo (Aug.17-31). It was nicely furnished and clean and we felt right at home. We love St. Pete Beach and have been coming here for over 7 yrs. but have always stayed in a hotel. Now we wouldn't even think of it when we can stay in a place like this! The best part of it all was the large beachfront balcony. The views are to die for! This unit really is the best one in the building. Thank you so much, Chris. We will definitely return. Rita

Great condo and location on St. Pete Beach. It was supplied with everything that a person needs on a vacation. St. Petersburg is only about 10 mins and Tampa was about 40 mins by car. The only surprise was the 2nd bedroom was a converted den with no real door or closet and only a screen partition to separate it from the living room and kitchen. The balcony was large and worked well for entertaining. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were also available in the storage closet. Bathrooms were adequate. A great place to stay!!

I stayed in this condo the last week of January 2008 and had it was the best vacation I can remember. Not only is this unit top floor dead center but the building itself is dead center in the middle of St Pete Beach. The view from the large balcony is amazing. It's also only short walk up the beach to anything you'd need as far as food or entertainment. I had a rental car but only got in it once all week! I already sent in my deposit for next January, but this time I'm staying 2 weeks! Thanks Chris

This is the best condo in the building. Wide balcony overlooking the gorgeous sand, the staff is always very nice. Most relaxing and welcoming place we have ever stayed at on St Pete Beach. We will be back, definately!!

We stayed here May 9-May 16 2007. We had the best time. This condo has a great location on the beach. Large deck with a big table and lots of nice chairs. Two bedrooms with a washer and dryer, lots of dishes and utensils. All that you need. Grocery store and drug store right down the road. We saw dolphins swimming in the gulf right in front of the condo!!! Beautiful sunsets!!!! We will be back. Make sure you eat at the Wharf in Pass a Grille. Great food!!!! You will love your stay here, Paradise does await you!!!

My wife and I spent 12 wonderful days in January at this part of paradise on the 5th floor. The views are incredible , ever changing sunsets based on the weather , you could not get closer to the beach , great walks,neat shells ,you really do not need to drive anywhere , 5 minutes down the beach , Crabby Bills for happy hour . The condo is very well kept , good pool and hot tub and this condo is worth taking a look at , we will be back , thanks again Chris for sharing your piece of paradise with us .
