The Pines is a luxury property with a very high standard of quality furnishings. There is a private, and heatable, screened pool to the rear south-facing garden. The Pines stands in lush green surroundings. We have tried to provide everything we could think of to make your holiday a memorable one.
The Pines has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits an en-suite with a walk-in shower. There is a queen-size bed and a 22-inch television. The room is tastefully decorated in the theme of the pelican and has been fitted with a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds and are themed on the dolphin and the manatee.
The great room, themed on the seaside, has a two-seat sofa and a three-seat sofa, which converts in to another queen-size bed. You will also find a 32" flat screen television together with a DVD player and a Hi-Fi system. For your pleasure a selection of CD's, books and table games are provided.
There is a safe, which guests can use free of charge as you can the crib and high-chair should you require it. On your last day if you require a late check-out then this can also be provided free of charge, when possible. Others charge extra for all of these services!!! The communal area boasts a swimming pool, picnic areas and a children's play area all provided for your enjoyment.

We had a fantastic holiday at the Pines. A welcome break from the busy parks. Everything was of a high standard, well cared for, very well presented and very clean. Pool was excellent, service by Mark clear and concise. All information provided was accurate. Would i return? A resounding YES! from all the family. 7/7 Gold Star!!

We spent 2 weeks at the Pines 2/1/09 to 2/15/09 and we found it to be wonderful. The home was perfect, and while we were there it served all our needs. I would recommend this villa to anyone that wants a perfect staring point for your Florida vacation. It meets all your needs and Mark and Sue along with the Management company have doner a great job making this a worry free house to base from.

We stayed at the Pines villa for two weeks in july this year. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the facilities provided by Mark were superb. Our children LOVED the villa and the pool and didn't want to go to the parks -just stay and play in the pool! The villa had everything we could need and more. I would recommend this place to everyone and the kindness and help shown by Mark previous to booking was wonderful. Thanks again for making our holiday of a lifetime just that.

We stayed at The Pines August 2005 for 3 weeks and had a fabulous time. The villa has everything we needed, close enough to all the attactions, and handy for local shops and take aways. We're hoping to return and would definitely recommend.
