This beautiful home is located at the end of a cul-du-sac, just 8 minutes walk from Playa Pelada and a short drive from world class surfing at Playa Guiones. Close walk to several restaurants and a small general store, and a quick drive to lots more.
-Unit A is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home.
-Unit B is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath efficiency apartment.
-Main house sleeps five comfortably and apartment sleeps two.
-Minimum vacation rental of one week, with long-term rentals possible.
Relax on the deck and watch wildlife. Come enjoy the peaceful beauty and nature of Nosara while staying in a fully equipped house. The house is close to the North end of Playa Pelada - which offers seclusion, amazing sunsets, and trails through the jungle to the Nosara River Mouth.
