A quaint retreat located in the private resort village of Point Venture, just 30 miles from Austin, Marble Falls and close to the best Hill Country destinations.
The home greets our guests with fragrant rosemary and lush landscaping, features a well-equipped open kitchen (granite countertops & stainless appliances), tile throughout the main living areas, beautiful coffered ceilings with extensive crown molding, ceiling fans throughout, views of lake travis from the sunroom and expansive back deck just off the covered patio.
The roomy master bedroom features modern appointments with a deep, comfy king mattress. Relax in the master bath in the deep soaking jetted tub with separate shower, travertine marble surround, featuring a roomy double vanity, a private lavatory and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom features tasteful antiques, a deep queen mattress and high-thread count linens that rests in a gorgeous maple footboard/headboard. You'll never want to leave this bed!
Children, or the young at heart, can retire in the third bedroom featuring cargo bunkbeds with trundle which is adjacent to the standard size second bath.
The house features high quality linens throughout.
As a guest of ours, you will have public access to Point Venture's 9-hole golf course, open-access tennis, a well-equipped fitness center, a private community Jr Olympic pool and private park with several boat ramps. Point Venture is a penninsula surrounded by Lake Travis and lake views are plentiful.
After a long day on the lake, miles of hiking or perhaps visiting some of our local wineries, retire on our covered back porch and recline in our comfy cushioned high-back patio chairs while admiring plentiful deer and Lake Travis.
