Beautiful town home located at Jack Frost Mountain overlooking a peaceful pond from the back deck. Great for summer or winter vacations. Winter activities include skiing and snow tubing at Jack Frost Mountain and Big Boulder(two miles away). One lift ticket allows you to use both mountains. A free shuttle service travels throughout the village to take you to Jack Frost Mountain only a half mile away. The drive to Big Boulder ski area is only five minutes. Ice skate on the pond only 25 feet from the back deck. 32" plasma TV.
New indoor water park at Split Rock Lodge. Ski & Splash Packages
After a long day of skiing and riding why not try out H2Oooohh! at Split Rock Resort. There is a special discount for skiers and riders just go to Guest Services at either Jack Frost or Big Boulder and ask about the the special Ski and Splash Package. You must purchase a snow pass and then you can add a water park pass below are the rates for the water park:

Weekend/Holiday Adult (full day pass) - $81 includes all day snow pass and water park pass
Weekend/Holiday under 42" (full day pass) - $65 includes all day snow pass and water park pass
Midweek Adult - $69 includes all day snow pass and water park pass
Midweek under 42" - $26 includes all day snow pass and water park pass
Night Adult (after 4pm)- $60 includes all day snow pass and water park pass
Night under 42"(after 4pm) - $48 includes all day snow pass and water park pass
Note:There is a maximum occupancy to the park.

In the summer relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Enjoy our membership to the Lake Mountain Club with heated pools, tennis courts and at Big Boulder Lake beach where you have a sandy lake front beach with lounge chairs, heated pools, kiddie pool, paddle boats and kayaks. There is a restaurant at the lake for lunch, dinner or cocktails.

POCONO DOWNS RACEWAY/CASINO IS 30 MINUTES AWAY.

The new Jack Frost National golf course is one mile from the house along with other championship golf courses on minutes away.

Championship golf courses, shopping, antiques, and many great restaurants near by.

This home has a master bedroom with queen size bed, TV, full bath, kitchen, living room with TV, dining area and deck on the first floor. The loft has two twin beds, a half bath and TV. Ceiling fans in master bedroom, loft and living room. Pull out couch in living room.

15 minutes from Pocono speedway.

A perfect place to get away, relax and enjoy each season in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

  • This home is convenient to so many attractions the Pocono's have to offer. The neighborhood is quiet which makes for a relaxing vacation. The deck overlooking the pond, is a great place to read. The home is clean, comfortable and comes with all the amenities.

  • This townhome is beautiful, very warm and inviting. There is a small pond directly off the back deck and lots of trees. My daughters loved the loft. The owners provide all the amenities that you need and were a pleasure to deal with. The development is quiet and peaceful, and the house very clean and well furnished. The lake/pool passes are a real bonus. Camelbeach Waterpark is only a half hour ride up I-80. This was our first time vacationing in the Poconos during the summer, and we found plenty (pool, lake, tennis, mini-golf, restaurants) to keep us occupied in the Split Rock/Lake Harmony area. We highly recommend this rental property!

  • We loved staying at your house! It is clean, decorated great for a mountain house and is the perfect size for 4-6 people. The location is great for Jack Frost and Big Boulder as well. After keeping our fingers crossed for the first day, we finally had a visit by a deer on our 2nd day. It came right up to the back deck. Overall, it is a great house for a great price. Thanks!

  • Very nice place. Clean quiet and very close to Jack Frost ski area. Less than 2 minute drive and you can walk if you want. Highly recommended.
