Now that our three children are grown and moved out we decided to find a place we could get away, relax and enjoy. We found the perfect place in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.

We can be at our house in 90 minutes. No beach traffic and crowds to fight. Quiet and tranquil yet enough activities to keep you busy. New indoor water park within 2 miles, championship golf in the area, state parks, great sking (the house is on a ski slope)
The Unique Benefits of this House
We purchased this house not as a place to just rent but as a place we could enjoy year round. This house is our "other home" and we keep it like it is our primary residence. Great sking in the winter and relaxing quiet vacations in the summer with enough activities to keep you busy or quiet enough to just relax. It is our place to totally "get away" but also has great golf, lakes, pools and summer activities. A new indoor water park is minutes away or just sit on the back deck overlooking the peaceful pond. We love it here

We stayed over Presidents weekend and had a great time. The condo is so cozy and inviting and my kids loved having the loft to themselves. So close to both Jack Frost & Big Boulder. Thanks for a great time!!!

My husband and I stayed at your wonderful home for our 9th anniversary. We hadn't had a trip alone for almost 3 years and this was a wonderful weekend! We arrived Friday afternoon, settled in and commenced relaxing for the weekend! The home is cozy, warm and inviting. We didn't want to leave! Loved the fireplace!! We'll be back, with our kids this time :)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Rich & Peg's cozy townhouse. We rented it for an extened getaway weekend for some R & R. It more than lived up to our expectations. The setting was nice with the woods surrounding the unit that had a pond off the back deck. A great place to sit and have your morning coffee. It's fairly close to activities & places to eat but we spent most of our time at the townhouse. Rich was very good to deal with and promptly returned our security deposit. We would definitely rent Rich & Peg's townhouse again & can recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Pocono's. You won't be disappointed.

Rich & Peg, We just got back from our extended weekend stay at your house. It is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property to all or my family and friends. The deck overlooking the pond provides privacy from the other properties. It is nice and secluded but still within a short driving distance to many area attractions. It's the perfect place for a small family or double date weekend. I will certainly be returning for a winter weekend trip to Jack Frost.

This home is convenient to so many attractions the Pocono's have to offer. The neighborhood is quiet which makes for a relaxing vacation. The deck overlooking the pond, is a great place to read. The home is clean, comfortable and comes with all the amenities.

This townhome is beautiful, very warm and inviting. There is a small pond directly off the back deck and lots of trees. My daughters loved the loft. The owners provide all the amenities that you need and were a pleasure to deal with. The development is quiet and peaceful, and the house very clean and well furnished. The lake/pool passes are a real bonus. Camelbeach Waterpark is only a half hour ride up I-80. This was our first time vacationing in the Poconos during the summer, and we found plenty (pool, lake, tennis, mini-golf, restaurants) to keep us occupied in the Split Rock/Lake Harmony area. We highly recommend this rental property!

We loved staying at your house! It is clean, decorated great for a mountain house and is the perfect size for 4-6 people. The location is great for Jack Frost and Big Boulder as well. After keeping our fingers crossed for the first day, we finally had a visit by a deer on our 2nd day. It came right up to the back deck. Overall, it is a great house for a great price. Thanks!

It was one of the best vacations that we have taken with the entire family. The home is very nice and quiet... loved that! beautiful scenery... and lots to do for the entire family. Great place to stay... looking forward to going back.
