Welcome to our upscale home in Ocean View, Delaware (next to Bethany Beach). This home is a perfect beach getaway for the busy family, with a full assortment of amenities for enjoying both indoor and outdoor activities.
This home is relatively new (built 2006) and located at the award winning community of Bayside at Bethany Lakes. We are located approximately two miles from Bethany Beach and just minutes from Bethany Boardwalk.
This spacious new home is comfortably furnished for your family to enjoy. It has a formal dining room, living room and a family/great room, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast area.
There are four bedrooms, including two separate master bedrooms: one with a King bed, extra large bathroom with a whirlpool/Jacuzzi, separate shower and private toilet; the second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bathroom. The third room has a queen size bed, vaulted ceiling and large bathroom with double sinks. The fourth bedroom which has two twin beds.
Our home is equipped with high speed wireless Internet and cable and a 42" flat screen TV. In addition, you can enjoy the screened-in porch. Walk to state-of-the-art clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pools, sauna, exercise and game rooms. In addition, golfing is located nearby in the public golf course across the street from the community.
Our home sleeps up to ten comfortably and also includes a two-car garage. Within a short walk you can enjoy the outdoor pool which overlooks the bay, tennis courts, pier and public golf course.
The community clubhouse has an indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi, state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, game room (with pool table and ping pong), sauna, showers, a kitchen and lounge area with numerous flat screen T.V.'s; Fishing/Crabbing Pier with ten Boat Slips (No Boat Launch).and shuttles to beautiful Bethany Beach -- all overlooking the bay!

Bayside at Bethany Lakes Renters Facility Fee is $25 per person per week (over age 4) or optionally $5 per day. Renters pay the Community Center directly. Also, All children under the age of 16 must be under parental supervision while at the club house.

For use of the clubhouse, each guest must pay the clubhouse a facility fee of $25
