Built in 1928 by a timber executive, this recently remodeled house is "all wood". Located on the beach and only one block from the north end of Seaside's famous promenade. The living room has fantastic views of the ocean from four large picture windows. The dining room has a table that can be expanded to seat ten to twelve.
It is completely furnished in an "island/margaritaville" style. The Captain's Quarters (master bedroom) has a queen-size bed with a private bathroom with a claw-foot tub. The First Mate's Quarters also has a queen-sized bed. The Second Mate's Quarters has a full-sized bed. The First and Second Mate share a full bathroom with tub/shower. The Crew's Quarters is down stairs and has it's own bathroom with shower. It has two bunk beds (four twin beds) and a futon (sleeps two). The Crew's Quarters also has a new pool/ping pong table and a separate TV/game/reading room.
A 36" TV in the Living Room with DISH Network, DVD/VCR, CD/Tape/ Stereo, and Karaoke System provide loads of family fun.
A recently completed 650 square foot deck with a large picnic table provides plenty of room for sunning, bird or kite watching and for grilling and eating. Have dinner at one of a dozen restaurants within a fifteen minute walk on the Seaside Promenade. A bonfire on the beach is a great way to wrap up a day of swimming, surfing, clamming, hiking, biking, fishing, etc.

Spring: Feb 21-June 15 $300-$325/night
Summer: June 16-Sept 6 .................. $2400-2500/week
