Location! Style! Elegance! This restored "beach" home is fabulous combination of everything a great vacation property should be. One half block to Duval Street in the historic district, this location can not be beat. The home's history is rich...neighboring the historic Gato Cigar factory which is now restored and used as county offices. Duval Square is directly across the street with three restaurants, shops, and even a salon and convenience store. The best homemade ice cream in Key West is just down the street!
The house is beautifully decorated with warm colors, sophisticated furnishings accented with Cuban and beach themed artwork. There is both a living room and reading area in the front of the house and a indoor/outdoor room to enjoy the tropical lifestyle of Key West. A large farmhouse table sits in the sun room with french windows and doors overlooking the pool directly off the new kitchen with black granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with its black pencil post bed and unique bathroom with spa style vanity. The second bedroom sits to the back of the house and feels like the master suite with french doors to the outdoor sitting area and pool.
The 21-foot long heat optional pool features benches on each side for relaxing (one with jets!) There is an outdoor table and nearby gas grill for outside/open air dining.

This place is amazing! As I told Dean, when we win the lotto, we will make an offer to buy it! It is picture perfect, but very cozy. Awesome backyard oasis and pool. Attention to every detail is lovingly attended to. You will never enjoy any other property as much as this one!

We just stayed for a week at the lovely Casa De Cuba and had a great time! The house is decorated beautifully and felt like our 'home' for the week. We really enjoyed the kitchen which is where we spent the most time, IF we were inside at all. The outdoor living space is very relaxing to sit or read a book. The pool, BBQ and patio set were well used. Enough cannot be said about the fantastic location of this house! We rented bikes for the week and due to the convenient location, feel like we really know Key West. We would happily stay again and recommend this home to our family and friends! Cheers!

We stayed in this house two weeks ago and it was fabulous. It looks just as beautiful as the pictures suggest. The house was very quiet, yet it was also close to everything. The house was also exceptionally clean, which is very important to us. We will surely come back to this house in the future.

Completely gorgeous home, just steps form everything on Duval. This home has all the little touches that make you feel like you pampered. th epool is lovely , the decor beautiful. the owners very helpful adn great to deal with! we had an amazing week, and didnt want to go home. the photos were very accurate, the property was spotless. we had great meals, amazing seafood just walking to various spots. the owners suggested a couple of really nice places for us to try. we woudl highly reccomend this home to anyone, and in fact have done so already to several friends. we balanced our dasy with being out and about, parasailing boating etc then back to our lovely retreat for swimming and family time! was terrific! Lovely spot to stay!

We just got back from staying a week at this property. What can I say!? It was wonderful. You can't beat the location of this home and it is decorated like a magazine. The pool and cabana area are wonderful too. The air conditioning works great in the house plus all the ceiling fans keep it very cool to get out of the hot humid heat. It is quite quiet here even though it is just off Duval, the main shopping and entertainment street. There is parking for a car, but we did not get a car, but rented bikes for the week as everything in Key West is close by, you don't need a car. This is a great house to rent for your stay in Key West. We will come back again.
