  • John is the perfect host for us - very thoughtful and through without being at all intrusive. Apartment is quiet and very attractive - deck is wonderful with excellent views. Situated to catch every breeze. Highly recommend Slice of Life for a no stress vacation.

  • This is a great place to stay on St. John. The covered deck is huge and the views out to the BVI's are fabulous -- wake up early for at least one sunrise. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean and the Queen pillow-top mattress is especially comfy. Plenty of windows open for a cross-breeze and if the winds die down there's ceiling fans in each of the rooms. With a complete kitchen plus a gas grill, you can cook as much as you like or pop down the hill to one of the many restaurants around Coral Bay. When the sun goes down, lie in the hammock to stargaze and listen as the tree frogs and birds create "jungle" surround sounds. Slice of Life is truly a great apartment and a great deal.
