Unit 1605 is a one bedroom situated in the very center of Tower II just a short distance from the elevators. This unit is beautifully decorated with the finest in furniture and amenities. Sitting on the 16th floor guests can bask in the Florida sea breeze and gaze at the Gulf of Mexico. From the master bedroom you can relax in a king size bed with gorgeous views of the emerald water and access to the balcony. The spacious master bath includes double sinks, standup shower, and features a luxurious jacuzzi bath.
This unit features a fully equipped kitchen ready to tackle and meal you throw at it. All of the amenities you enjoy at home can be found here: oven, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. When you're meal is finished, have a seat with the family in the beautiful dining area. A guest bath is located to the right of the condo entrance and a washer and dryer are provided for your conveniance!
If you want to catch up on your favorite tv shows away from home, you can do so in the finely furnished living room, on the flat screen tv. If you're not feeling a tv show, you could put your favorite dvd in and watch a movie!
At the end of a long day, relax on your private balcony and watch the emerald waves and the gently rolling surf. There is no view quite like it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the nicest 1 bedroom units I've found. My husband and I came down for a weekend for a much needed getaway. With this condo, you can't get any closer to Pier Park. We were able to walk down and avoid the traffic and parking. The unit was very clean with only one complaint. It appeared the floors had not been moped in a while. Our feet would be dirty if we walked around barefooted. Maybe an oversight since they looked clean and the rest of unit was spotless.
