Villa Nutti is a 17th century country villa set amongst 28 hectares of natural woodlands, vines and olive trees. The grounds are extensive and lush with both formal and informal garden areas, bubbling natural fountains and cotton hammocks sprinkled about the estate for reading, meditation and relaxing under the stars. A swimming pool is set away from the house in a rustic setting amongst olive groves and oak trees with a lovely view. Wine, olive oil, herbs, vegetables and fruit are all produced in abundance and are available to guests year round.
The 7 guest bedrooms are spacious and stylish, each one distinct from the other, sleeping either couples or singles depending on needs. Restored to the highest quality, everything at Villa Nutti has been arranged with nature and simplicity in mind- traditional terracotta tile flooring and wooden beams, comfortable, elegant furnishings and beautiful out door living spaces.
There is a private swimming pool set away from the house with chaise longues, informal and formal gardens and spectacular views of Tuscan landscape. This is a very tranquil and beautiful spot to vacation.
Living areas include a dining room with fireplace, summer sitting room, library, a large drawing room and a country kitchen with a terrace for al fresco dining. A cook is available for lunches and dinners 5 days a week upon request.
Lucca was voted by Forbes magasine as the 2nd most idyllic place to live in Europe and is only 15 mins away. Sea side villages and beaches are 40 mins away. Hiking, biking. yoga, wine tasting, cooking classes and more can all be organized in advance for your pleasure.
