My family of four including two kids aged 11 and 15 recently stayed at the condo during March Break. We had great weather and the skiing was wonderful. The condo was very comfortable and cosy. I would like to agree with the previous comments, Peter and Christine definitely thought of all the little extras that made the stay more enjoyable, the movies, lots of blankets, sugar and spices in the kitchen. We didn't use the BBQ, but it was nice to know it was there. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans and even tupperware containers, so handy. We used the ski out option once and it was good. The shuttle bus was a great option at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our best VRBO experience to date. The 3 main highlights of this condo are: 1. Value for Money. After staying here, you would be crazy to stay at a high priced hotel in the village. This condo is cozy, perfectly located and has everything you need all for an excellent and fair price. 2. The condo has everything - a BBQ, a fireplace, a full kitchen will all appliances, a large shower with great water pressure :) washer dryer, movies and entertainment for everyone - they have a ton of selection, wifi, heated floors, etc. It really has it all. 3. The owners are courteous. Peter and Christine have really thought through from start to finish the guest experience. They provide a very detailed book with everything you would need and want to know about Tremblant and the condo. Beyond that, they include the little things like soap, toilet paper, a duralog so that you can light a fire upon arrival, cooking amenities, games, magazines, and the list just goes on. They provided top notch "customer service" and my husband and I came away feeling like we truly stayed in the best place. I will recommend this condo to other people and my husband and I will rent from them again. Thanks so much Peter and Christine!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway.
Owner response: We're humbled by your review -- thank you so much. We're very glad that you enjoyed your stay and we very much look forward to hosting you again sometime soon. Peter & Christine.

We had a very pleasant stay. There were two of us and an older quiet dog. Everything was accurately reflected in location and in the rental's appearance and amenities. We were on a skiing mini holiday. The ski locker was close to unit and had easy access to outside. The only difficulty was the 70 odd steps to and from the ski out. They were not well cleaned of snow and after a long day of skiing 70 steps can be challenging. For those weak of heart, there is bus service as an alternative. The BBQ although available was snow covered and the area around it was not clear. We had no need for it so this is just an observation. The inside of the condo is very comfortable and welcoming. Heated floors are a nice touch in the kitchen and bathroom. Fireplace works well. Kitchen is well supplied. (seving platter could be added) The condo is walking distance from the village by sidewalk with pleasant views. We would recommend this condo for a couple. Check with the owners about a dog. They are accommodating with some reasonable limitations. We hope to return soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

We had a terrific 3 night stay at this cozy condo! The location was perfect, condo was very clean, nicely decorated and quite spacious! The free netflix movies were a definite plus as was the ipod docking station. The kitchen was fully equipped and the ski in /ski out feature enabled us to avoid the lunch crowds and ski home for lunch. The online reservation process was easy and owners were very prompt in responding to our questions. We would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back again next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Everything was there as promised. A very clean and nicely maintained condo. Very close to all activities and the new village... All you need to bring, is the stuff that you would like to cook or BBQ. Everything else was already there. It had such a warmth that my wife and I felt right at home... We had such a wonderful time and It was so hard to leave... It was a pleasure dealing with the owners and I would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends. A+++++++Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We recently spent a 4 night stay at this lovely one bedroom condo for part of our summer vacation, and we had a wonderful, relaxing time. All features are as advertized and the price is great value. we enjoyed being right within the resort properties, which has so many attractions that we had no trouble finding fun things to do. We spent our evenings sitting on patio, having a homecooked meal and watching the wonderful selection of movies. The hosts were helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: Christine & I live and work in the Ottawa area. When we're not traveling or dreaming of traveling, we're punching the clock as a Satellite Flight Dynamics expert (Chris) and a high-tech project manager (Peter). We have been skiing and vacationing at Mont Tremblant for over 20 years. We have a few cats. Okay, we have five cats. Meow.
Why the Owner Chose Mont Tremblant:
We love the Algonquin condo. It is private but very close to the action! Ski-in/out is great too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Typically very private unit but very close to the action. There's usually a deer or two early in the morning looking for treats.
Ski-in/out can't be beat!
