Lake Burton is the Southeast's finest lake destination. Spectacular views, cool clear water, and moderate summer-time temperatures. This home is designer-owned, custom built, and recently renovated with a mix of new and antique furniture accented by original art. It has a fabulous attached screened porch right on the waterfront for dining or just relaxing in the rocking chairs. The house is equipped with a fully digital electric cook-top, oven, warming tray, microwave oven and includes new hard-coat aluminum cookware and full utensils perfect for gourmet cooking or quick and easy casual meals. There is a 5-burner stainless steel grill with all utensils so you can cook on the waterfront while enjoying a sunset. Our private cove affords spectacular long views to the west and great swimming. You can enjoy the hammock strung between two trees in the shade of the side yard and you can bring your boat or ski doo and tie up to our private dock. The boat ramp is just two minutes away. 2ND FLOOR: The 2nd floor was designed to be a Master Suite. The Master Bedroom overlooks the lake. It has a vaulted ceiling with antique heart pine beams, skylight and a queen-size bed. Just across the hall is a separate Den with a stone fireplace, a full-size sleeper sofa, Satellite TV and High Speed Internet. The master bath features a Jacuzzi jetted tub. 1ST FLOOR: Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #2 has a bunk bed with upper and lower bunks. Dining room with stone fireplace.
