The open living area has an innerspring double futon, which offers a couch and the utmost in sleeping comfort for a single friend, parent, second couple or a child.
Your own deck is just outside in the the backyard and offers a partial view of the dunes/water.
Guests can park in the driveway and have a key to the pool, which is just 2 doors down.
There is a beach bar and restaurant on the dunes that you can walk to and other restaurants, marinas and grocery store are just 1-2 miles away.
The first floor of our home is perfect for a couple or a small family. We are pet friendly and up to 2 dogs are welcome, but pets must be crated if they are left alone in the house and cannot sleep in the bed or on the furniture.
