This spacious home located in the heart of Port Aransas is gulf front with incridible views from all over the home! ! It offers 4 bedrooms each with a private bath, a custom kitchens and living areas. The master suite, located on the third floor, has a separate living area and a small kitchenette. There is a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in this room. The second floor contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with the living area and the main kitchen. The first bedroom has a queen size murphy bed and a twin daybed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a twin over twin bunkbed. The first floor guest suite has a queen size murphy bed and a twin daybed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a twin over twin bunkbed. Also, it has its own central air conditioning system, softened/filtered water, granite kitchen with full size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, electric range and custom cabinets, 2 televisions, tile floors, crown moulding, full granite bath with shower/tub, and separate queen bedroom and living area. Sorry, no pets allowed or smoking thoughtout this home, however you can step out to the deck to smoke.

Walk to the beach on our boardwalk over the dunes (about 850-900 feet walk) or just go 2 doors down to our neighborhood pool.
From the beach, our walk over is between mile makers 9 and 10 -- the heart of SandFest in April.
When you have had enough sun, you can relax with a cold drink on your back deck that is shaded in the afternoon.
There is a beach bar and restaurant on the dunes that you can walk to and other restaurants, marinas and grocery store are just 1-2 miles away.
This home is perfect for the most discriminating of guests!

We loved this area of Port A -- so we built 2 unique houses. We are in Sand Point on a private street with beach walk over. We are located off of 11th Street between Ave G and Beach Access Road 1A.
Why the Owner Chose Sand Point
This house is located in town, on a private street, just about 850 feet from the beach, across from beach walkover, and 2 doors down to park and pool with grill area.
We can walk two doors the other way to the Beach Lodge for drinks and meals on the dunes.
We are close to all restaurants, marina and shopping -- all within 2 to 2.5 miles.
Our guest have their own parking spot in the driveway. Once you arrive, you can walk, bike or golf cart everywhere.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our guests have their own backyard with deck and glimpse of the ocean. Grill and Pool 2 doors down. Beach just a 3 minute walk. Golf cart rental just a mile away.

The house was quiet, pretty and very close to the beach! The rinse off station & laundry room were bonuses. Owners were very helpful & sincere. The Beach Lodge was awesome...walking distance from the house, oysters, good music and deck overlooking the water. A+

The pictures are just like what this true "dreamhouse" looks like. Beautiful location and very clean. Everything was in working order...Barb even got us the humidifier to help with the temp in the house (which we were not use to). Bill and Barb greeted us and showed us how to work the ac, etc. Barb gave us her restaurant reviews...which was super helpful. I would recommend this property for anyone who would love to have a short walk or drive to the beach...best place in Port A. I would recommend eating at Shells and Fins...both really good seafood. We toured the USS Lexington in Corpus Christi...Barb even wrote down the scenic tour directions. She was ALWAYS there to answer ANY of the questions we had.

Relaxing and Beautiful Place and Location

The property is exactly as identifed in the pictures and descriptions. It is in a great location for those who want to relax and take a very short walk via a boardwalk to the beach/ocean. The owner is very gracious and makes sure that everything is in order before arrival and also responds to questions while you are there. The unit was clean, modern, and cozy and had adequate cooking and eating utensils. The free laundry room is great! I suggest you drive in via Corpus Christi and stop at the major grocery store (called HEB) off of Waldron Road exit to pick up groceries, beverages, wine/beer, and fresh sea food to have for your stay. The beach is beautiful and provides a great opportunity for walking in the sand, soaking in the sun, or just enjoying the beauty. The owner provides beach chairs and other beach items. We went to Fins which seems to have expensive prices at first glance..however, they have a daily special for about $7 and also sell a place of deep fried and huge shrimp (back page of menu) that is absolutely delicious. Great and inexpensive hamburgers and COLD beer at the Wild Horse Grill and Saloon (but they smoke inside - so if you don't smoke, you can sit outside.) My husband and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation at this location. It was well worth the money, and we would defintely recommend to a friend!!

It was a great and a deal for $19! We will definately add this to our restaurant list that we update regularly. We love it when we learn new things about Port A from our guests!

Over from England to see relatives in Houston & Austin - and needing the sun! Booked on line in England, had never visited Port A before, so a bit unsure. But Dreamhouse was fantastic and everything we hoped it would be, and more. Location great - Port A itself, the beach and especially the pool & hot tub (for 2 young children), and quiet as well. Quarters just fine for the four of us. And owner (Barb) always there with help and anything we needed. Can't wait to visit again.

My daughter, two grandsons and I stayed at this Beach House. It was immaculate and ready upon our arrival. The owner was there to give us a tour, and had suggestions for shopping and dining. It is a short walk to the beach.We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year.

Recently spent a long weekend in the "apartment" of the Port A Dream House. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. It has wifi (which was a nice surprise) and cable in the living area and the bedroom. We had PERFECT weather while we were there, and spent a lot of our time out and about enjoying the outdoors. We loved the location of this property, but did miss having a good outside area (with a view) to hang out--the little deck area off the kitchen isn't very private and only gets sun for a short period of time each day. Other than that, our experience was pretty darn perfect.

We designed our deck so that it would be shaded from the afternoon sun and provide a cool, breezy place for after-the-beach relaxation during our warm months. We had a fabulous trip Spring Break 2010! The home is beautiful and a perfect size for a family of four. We were steps from the beach and from great food. The owners are sweet, helpful people who were extremely welcoming. We look forward to many more visits to the Dreamhouse!

This was a great place to stay. My husband and I stayed in the guest house as well as our dog Ursa. It was perfect for us. Quiet, clean and nicely decorated, very close to the beach and the pool. Owners are nice and helped us find some great places to go. Would recommend it to anyone.

We rented the first and second floor for a family reunion/Christmas celebration Dec. 2006. The owner went over and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. You will find this house is not only beautiful and spatious, it has all the comforts of home and thensome! From movies, to hot tub access, to minutes to the beach, you will feel like you are at a resort! We highly recommend this house and the owners were a joy to work with!
