Newly renovated, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo on 125 manicured acres on South Hutchinson Island, Florida. Amenities include 9-hole executive golf course, 15 tennis courts, 4 heated swimming pools, Tiki Bar, Restaurant on premises, walk to he beach (Atlantic Ocean). There is a 24-hour manned gate to this condo community. The 3rd floor condo contains washer/dryer, walk-in shower, new tile throughout, and a new kitchen. No pets please.
No trucks, motorcycles, canoes, boats, etc can be parked overnight outside. A separate garage must be rented for them.
This unit will sleep 6 people comfortably. There is one king bed in the master bedroom, one full bed in the guest bedroom, one queen sleep sofa in the living room, and one full sleep sofa on the non-AC porch.

Pools are heated, and chairs/lounges are provided. Shower/Change rooms are available.
Fitness Center
The fitness center includes machines which may be reserved for 30 minutes if people are waiting. TVs are provided.
