Celadon Beach Resort is located on the West side which is the quieter and less congested area of Panama City Beach. New Pier Park Mall, offering an abundance of entertainment, shopping and dining, is only about two miles away. The Resort has beautifully landscaped grounds, two large pools, one indoor/outdoor seasonally heated and one outdoor Gulf-side pool. There are two hot tubs, tennis courts, outdoor charcoal grills, game room for the kids, and fitness facility. While at Celadon, you will enjoy 283 feet of uncrowded white sand beach and emerald green water. View of the Gulf and beach is close-up and unencumbered from this ideal fifth floor, not too high and not too low, location. Our condo can sleep six, with two in the Master BR, two on bunk beds in the hallway alcove, and two on the new queen sleeper sofa with Sealy Posture-pedic mattress. If you prefer to stay in and relax at mealtime, there is a well-equipped kitchen, with seating for seven in the dining area and bar.
Cable TV with free HBO and High-speed Internet, furnished by Comcast, is included.

My husband and I rented this condo for our vacation this year and we were very impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the condo. It is very pretty and well kept and we wish to stay here again in the future! I would recommend the Celadon to anyone and it is very affordable. We loved it! ThanksRecommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The pictures show exactly how this condo looks. The owenr was more than wonderful to work with!!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Lay out of condo is great! Kitchen appliances are good quality brand. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Beach was clean and nice family environment. Nice to have covered parking and easily accesible. Location was close to a variety of differnt restaurants to choose from, as well as shopping at the mall or having to go to Wal-Mart. Our trip was perfect.Did you find this review helpful? This was a great trip the pictures of the unit are all very accurate with a great view of the Gulf, 2 of the days there we were able to watch the Dolphins playing off shore from our balcony.The beach area was kept clean and only feet from the property we also took advantage of the umbrella/chairs which were set up each morning.The employees were also very helpful and with this property being on the West end of PCB it was very quit for night walks on the beach. Owner was very easy to deal with even though this was a last minute vacation.I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet beach vacation but still close enough to attractions.Had a great time.Did you find this review helpful? Harry, I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much we enjoyed our too brief stay in unit 407. The Celadon building is great - very modern and well kept. We were very happy with the location - a great area for families, yet close to everything. As for the condo, we couldn't have asked for more. It's very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and perfectly located with absolutely gorgeous views of the Gulf. Oh, and having the 2 beach chairs included in the rental rate was a perfect bonus! It was great renting with you. The process was simple and you were very accommodating. We sincerely thank you. We will certainly recommend your condos to our friends and family. Can't wait to come back!
