The Park View House is a duplex (2 units) an upstairs and a downstairs. Each unit rents separately and can accommodate up to six people. The whole house can be rented to accommodate larger groups of up to 12 people. Each unit is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus loft in upper. All bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by the living area, which offers exceptional privacy for guests. A King bedroom and bathroom suite, built-in Captain's double bed, and twins in the loft are upstairs. Downstairs offers a Queen brass bedroom and bathroom suite, twins bedroom and bathroom suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.
Rooms with a view is what The Park View House offers. It is located on Main Street just steps away from the main intersection in town of State and Main. It has three sliding door walls in each unit overlooking Zorn Park, which goes from Main Street to the bay, where there is a public bathing beach. The view from the house and it's expansive deck and upper balconies is of the historic landmark church, Holy Childhood, the park and the bay with public beach. This is a fabulous location!
The New York Restaurant and The Pier are just around the corner. The house sits in the center of town, yet has an incredible view and privacy. Just ten minute drive to Boyne Highlands and Petoskey. A half hour drive to Mackinaw City and Charlevoix, and an hour and a half to Traverse City. Enjoy the scenic drive along Lake Michigan to Cross Village. You will not be disappointed with this location! |
