THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT. This property is walking distance to the beach, shopping district, entertainment district,restaurants, ice cream parlors, art galleries, world famous art festivals, museums, etc., etc. It is in a quiet area and is very private, yet conveniently located with an easy 5 minute walk to the main downtown area.

This property has been newly renovated and comes complete with a kitchen with full amenities, indoor and outdoor fireplace and washer and dryer. You will love the whitewater view of downtown Laguna's Main Beach, dedicated parking space and so much more. The property is appropriate for children and pets can be approved.
BUT, PETS MUST BE APPROVED.
The main bedroom area has an upgraded queen size bed with upgraded linens. The additional sleeping area is the living area which has a trundle/daybed which can act as a sofa during the day and 2 single beds at night (or pushed together to be a queen sized bed). Trundle beds feature regular mattresses versus a sofa sleeper combination which uses a very thin mattress and is less comfortable for sleeping.
Entertain yourselves and friends on the beautiful large wrap around deck with panaromic whitewater views. There are dining tables both inside and outside and a barbeque for when you wish to dine in. Or if you prefer to dine out, you can walk to any one of the fabulous dining establishments that have helped make Laguna Beach famous! This property is decorated wonderfully.

We've come a long way twice each year since 2007 (9000 km...) to enjoy this beautiful place.The property is cosy and well-maintained, the ocean view breathtaking.The owner is a very nice guy who gave us all the support a European needs in Laguna, including internet access lessons....We feel at home the first minute we arrive! There is so much to see and do and the best: you can walk all the distances. That's all we want to say (we don't want to be too positive because it might get crowded;)...)

Location and view were outstanding. Property was very clean with all necessary amenities, great porch, comfortable beds. Owner was very helpful and educated us on the area, nearby activities and was very accommodating on meeting times upon check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend and will not seek another location when we return to the area unless booked.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this property, and had a wonderful time. The apartment is in the village of Laguna Beach, so we were able to walk everywhere - a plus for us. We loved being on the deck with the Pacific Ocean in front. The apartment was clean, nicely appointed. The day bed was OK but we would have prefered a couch for a little more comfort (the bedroom and bath were perfect). There was a thunder storm one night, we lit a fire in the gas fireplace, and the light show was fantastic!

My house was being Tented for Termites so decided to have a mini-vacation in Beautiful Laguna. Bob was extremely helpful and we had a wonderful time. Sat on patio watching the sunset whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine; wandering along the beach in the early morning with the dog are memories that will cause us a return trip.

I have stayed in this apartment twice while visiting my mother in Laguna Beach. It was perfect for me. It's very comfortable, clean and stocked with everything a person needs. It's in an excellent location, within walking distance to town, the beach and the farmers market. I loved being able to just walk out the door and go for my daily run. The ocean view is fantastic and there is a large deck to enjoy it from. The bed is very comfortable and, very improtant to me, it is quiet. The owner is extremely concientious and helpful. Any time I need a place to stay in Laguna, this is my first choice. I highly recommend it.

This is a great place for a romantic getaway. You are walking distance to all of the action, yet tucked away where it's quiet and private. The most amazing part about the place is the view. From morning clouds, to sunny afternoons, to orange sunsets, and a star filled sky; this place is great. We loved the restaurants nearby, the beach, the festivals. The unit has lots of outdoor space, plenty of room for two and a kitchen to cook a full meal. The unit faces the ocean and it is the highlight for sure. We'll be back!!

My husband and I have stayed here many times and enjoy it on each visit. Since we usually spend a week when we visit, we want more than a hotel room and this property answers our needs. The description of the apartment is accurate. The property offers a very clean, well maintained and comfortable place to stay with full kitchen, fireplace for the cool nights, TV in bedroom and living room, a BBQ, laundry facilities and a spectacular view of the town and the ocean. It is a GREAT location -- walking distance to town (which, if you don't know Laguna Beach, is VERY important especially in the summer and on weekends), Main Beach, shops, galleries, restaurants and everything Laguna Beach has to offer. Bob is a terrific landlord - very accessible, friendly, gracious and professional. We look forward to each and every visit. This year we came to Laguna Beach for our anniversary and had a wonderful romantic meal at French75. Another terrific vacation. We hated to leave. We will be back!

This is our second time we stay at that location. The view is priceless. The sunsets were like oil paintings!! It was the right size for us. Very close to everything. Enjoyed tdaily walks on the beach which is 5 minutes walk. If you have a chance to stay there, you will not regret it. We will go back for sure.

My husband and I were visiting Laguna for a week and wanted something more than a hotel room to stay in. Your cottage was the perfect place! We could grill outside, do laundry, keep groceries in the fridge, walk to the beach or village, your place had it all! Anything we needed we found in your unit, from beach chairs to a coffee maker, you had it all! We felt very comfortable theta and look forward to another visit. Thank you for everything!
