This property is walking distance to the beach, shopping district, entertainment district,restaurants, ice cream parlors, art galleries, world famous art festivals, museums, etc., etc. It is in a quiet area and is very private, yet conveniently located with an easy 5 minute walk to the main downtown area. CLIENTS HAVE STATED THAT THE PROPERTY IS WONDERFUL AND EVEN BETTER IN PERSON THAN THE PICTURES ILLUSTRATE. Entertain yourselves and friends on the beautiful large wrap around deck with panaromic whitewater views. There are dining tables both inside and outside and a barbeque for when you wish to dine in. Or if you prefer to dine out, you can walk to any one of the fabulous dining establishments that have helped make Laguna Beach famous! This property is decorated wonderfully.
