This two bedroom cottage-ten miles from Woodstock
features a private deck overlooking the Esopus Creek facing the
Esopus Conservancy.Launch your kayak (or rent one) from your private dock into the Esopus Creek-one of the most beautiful places to kayak,canoe, fish or swim or just sit on the deck and enjoy the view. Sleeping on the waterfront is bliss.
We have all the comforts of home- towels and linens are provided,dishwasher,washer-dryer,an air conditioner,two tv's with HBO,Showtime with DVR,high speed internet access.Cable/Satellite TV: high speed internet, New 32 inch High Definition Television with DVD-R and PREMIUM channels There is easy entertaining with a gas grill on the large deck.
We have easy private access to the water for swimming or fishing.
The cottage was recently redecorated by L.A Stylist Daisy Bolle.
We are ten minutes from H.I.Ts Horse show in the sun, Minutes from NY States best Downhill Skiing at Hunter, Bellayre & Wyndam Mountains, Snow-tubing in Phoenicia, twenty minutes to the Woodstock Film Festival and minutes to fine dining in the village of Saugerties. Should you choose to eat in there are many restaurants with free delivery.
Rates:$ 300 per nite weekends (3 nights), $300 per nite weekdays ( 2nites ), $1400 per week
All holiday rentals & HITS events period. $1400 per weekend (3 nts), $2000 per week
$300 deposit refundable, $80 cleaning fee

What a great house. We have had a ball. One night we had a bbq and the kids (from our group)had a great time between fishing and the rope swings. All the wives want to come back here ,no husbands or kids to see all the towns
