Viewing the change of seasons from the deck or window is magical thus making this vacation home a perfect country escape.
WE are 1/2 hr from ALL SKI AREAS, Hunter, Bellayre and
we are 4 minutes away from the Kiwanis Ice Arena which features an 85 foot by 190 foot Olympic fully-enclosed , ice rink.
This rink accommodates all age levels, and is used for recreational skating, instructional skating and tournaments.

We are one of the only properties listed here with this kind of direct Esopus Creek Access!

There is a wooded deck cantilevered over the water and newly built waterfront with easy access to water.
Entertain with gas BBQ grill.
The Esopus Creek is perfect for swimming, fishing including large mouth trophy bass and and kayaking.
Rented kayaks can be delivered to our dock.
We are one mile to the Village of Saugerties listed as one of the coolest small towns in America
with great shops, restaurants and recreational facilities-softball, soccer fields and a large indoor ice skating rink.
When it is well below freezing many people skate right by our dock. We are 15 minutes to Woodstock also with great shops,
restaurants and galleries.Your vacation can be as quiet (read on the deck or in front of the fireplace) or active-boating,
swimming, ice skating or hiking right outside your door. Annual events include Kayak Festival, HITS Equestrian shows,
Woodstock Film Festival, Woodstock Writers Festival, Garlic Festival, Woodstock and Saugerties Farmers market,
Woodstock Flea market (voted one of the best in the country).
You can explore the waterfalls that made the Catskills famous in art and literature 20 minutes away.
The are TV’S in each room with two 32 ‘flat screens, DVR with HBO.
