You do not want to miss out on exploring Montana De Oro, just down the street with it's miles of scenic coastal trails, tide pools and beach. You can choose horseback rides on the beach, golfing, hiking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, or enjoy wineries, festivals, farmers markets or take in the arts at galleries and special events. When there is not enough time to cook, you will find dozens of fine and unique restaurants in the area. All of these things are close and convenient and we provide maps to make things easy to find.

This spacious home includes 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 twin trundles(sleeps 6)a crib and a queen sleeper sofa in the office and TV room. The large generously equipped kitchen with center island, jenn air stove and double oven provides plenty of room for the whole family to get involved with preparing meals. You can enjoy ocean views while preparing meals or sitting at the large kitchen table, which seats 8, while also enjoying the direct opening into the den, as well as close proximity to the large stainless steel barbeque on the back patio just steps out the kitchen door. One of the finest coastal views can be found in the private backyard, where the patio is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful views of Morro Bay and the ocean. The comfortable patio set has enough seating for eight.

There is a beautiful separate living room, a family room with TV, surround sound and wireless high speed internet. A spacious ocean view recreation room is equipped with a game table, pool table, PIANO, stereo and wet bar. Games and books for children and adults included.

The three upstairs bedrooms include the master suite with one of the 3 gas fireplaces and two walk in closets, a master bath with a large jacuzzi tub and shower. You can watch deer in the back yard, while taking in the beautiful ocean view from inside or on the balcony of this fantastic room. The queen room has a new comfortable bedroom set and shares the adjoining master suite balcony. Another bedroom has a queen, a trundle bed and is fresh and bright with a youthful design.

The main level bedroom has a new comfortable king pillow top bed and has easy access just inside the entrance to the house and adjacent to the full bath, formal living and dining rooms.

The 5th bedroom on the main level is a large room with a queen pillow top and a trundle bed.

There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use.

We include many kitchen supplies such as non-perishable spices, paper towels, baggies, paper plates and napkins. Baths are complete with paper, fine soaps, and plenty of fresh, clean and fluffy towels.

The Morro Bay area is the perfect place for a family vacation or a place to just get away from it all and enjoy the splendor of nature, peace and tranquility. The only thing missing is you.

  • Full Kitchen: This oversized kitchen with a large table overlooking the ocean and Morro Bay is a perfect place to visit with friends and family. The spaciousness, spectacular views and conveniences available in this kitchen, make it a real pleasure to prepare meals or just sit back and enjoy your company.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided: We keep place settings for 20. Coffee maker, espresso maker, mixing bowls, (10) 2 blenders, juicer, coffee grinder, steamer, 5 frying pans, 6 pots, large and small platters, tea kettle, roasting pan and several baking pans and ovenware for the double oven. We supply up about 40 various fresh spices, salt, pepper, sugar and splenda, various fresh tea bags, coffee filters. There is a large drawer full of cooking utensils including pizza knife, garlic press, measuring utensils, salad service, ladles, knive sets and 18 steak knives. (just to mention a few) We also keep a couple rolls of paper towel, napkins and plastic and foil wrap supplies.

  • A perfect setting for our 50th birthday/family reunion celebration! The kitchen is always the gathering spot, right? And this kitchen is HUGE with a spectacular view. The highlight though, was the Easter egg hunt in the beautiful backyard. Thank you!

  • This house was so perfect for our "Gathering of the Clan". We fell in love with the area and all the people we met in our diverse activities. The house was a good fit for us. The beds were comfortable. There was room for games and quiet pursuits alike. The kitchen is great for team work preparations. The view is postcard perfect and we started and ended every day admiring it. We had ages from 40 to 76 and we all have great and special memories of our time together in Los Osos. Thank you so much.

  • Our stay in this house was IDEAL! We had guests of all ages (from 3 to 70) and this house suited us all. The yard was great for the kids, the game room was great for the teens and adults, and the comfortable beds were great for everyone. The enormous kitchen really helped with our big meals and the BBQ was a fun addition. Beside being the perfect house, there is also a perfect owner -- concerned about our happiness and willing to help in any/every way possible. We were even given ideas for activities when the weather turned rainy. That kind of thoughtfulness was certainly above-and-beyond our expectations! It was a great experience and we can't wait to stay here again!

  • This is a beautiful, comfortable home; to rest, to play, to enjoy all while looking at one of the most wonderful postcard picture views of Morro Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Everything you would need in a home is there; including comfortable beds and TV’s for every bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and can easily handle a large menu (we fed 12 hungry family members). The game room is very good at keeping younger adults busy with activities. The serenity and the feeling of seclusion from the rest of the world are very evident in the "park like" back yard. And then there is the smell of eucalyptus and the roar of the ocean. Oh, and did I mention the view. Fabulous!

  • This is a fabulous home and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. The owner has thought of everything and the house it is wonderfully well- equipped. The beds are especially comfortable. So many spacious rooms to hang out in...Very nice level yard was fun for family games...great privacy. And the view is spectacular! Highly recommended. Be sure to try horse back riding on the beach!
