When there is not enough time to cook, you will find dozens of fine and unique restaurants in the area. All of these things are close and convenient and we provide maps to make things easy to find.
This spacious home includes 2 kings, 3 queens, 3 twin trundles(sleeps 6), TWO cribs and a queen sleeper sofa in the office and TV room. This house comes with supplies and equipment for young families with little ones. In addition to the 2 cribs, we have a beautiful bassinet, 2 pack and plays, 2 high chairs, booster seats, intercom, stroller and baby's toys. The large generously equipped kitchen with center island, jenn air stove and double oven provides plenty of room for the whole family to get involved with preparing meals. You can enjoy ocean views while preparing meals or sitting at the large kitchen table, which seats 8, while also enjoying the direct opening into the den, as well as close proximity to the large stainless steel barbeque on the back patio just steps out the kitchen door. One of the finest coastal views can be found in the private backyard, where the patio is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful views of Morro Bay and the ocean. The comfortable patio set has enough seating for
eight.

What an absolutely beautiful place! We have stayed here for a week the last two summers with all of my family and we had a blast. The view is spectacular, the weather is awesome, the house is luxurious to say the least. Denise is a fabulous hostess and accommodated all of our special needs. The deer in the backyard twice a day were a bonus for the adults and children as well. The house is handicap accessible too. I would highly recommend this home!

There is a beautiful separate living room, a family room with TV, surround sound and wireless high speed internet. A spacious ocean view recreation room is equipped with a game table, pool table, PIANO, stereo and wet bar. Games and books for children and adults included.
The three upstairs bedrooms include the master suite with one of the 3 gas fireplaces and two walk in closets, a master bath with a large jacuzzi tub and shower. You can watch deer in the back yard, while taking in the beautiful ocean view from inside or on the balcony of this fantastic room. The queen room has a new comfortable bedroom set and shares the adjoining master suite balcony. Another bedroom has a queen, a trundle bed and is fresh and bright with a youthful design.
The main level bedroom has a new comfortable king pillow top bed and has easy access just inside the entrance to the house and adjacent to the full bath, formal living and dining rooms.
The 5th bedroom on the main level is a large room with a queen pillow top and a trundle bed.
There is a separate laundry area with washer and dryer for your use.
We include many kitchen supplies such as non-perishable spices, paper towels, baggies, paper plates and napkins. Baths are complete with paper, fine soaps, and plenty of fresh, clean and fluffy towels.

We supply up about 40 various fresh spices, salt, pepper, sugar and splenda, various fresh tea bags, coffee filters. There is a large drawer full of cooking utensils including pizza knife, garlic press, measuring utensils, salad service, ladles, knive sets and 18 steak knives. (just to mention a few) We also keep a couple rolls of paper towel, napkins and plastic and foil wrap supplies.

The community of Cabrillo Estates is one of the only 3-4 hillside communities that is right at the edge of the pacific ocean in the central coast between Avila Beach and Monterey. It has the best
views comparably and is right around the corner from one of California's best kept secrets, Montana De Oro. We consider it our own 8000 acre back yard which has pristine beaches, miles of coastal bluff and mountain trails, tide pools and beautiful seasonal wild flowers. After being here for 7 years I am still amazed when I drive through the community and think to myself, is there anything more beautiful than this?
The location is very close to downtown Morro Bay and a short drive to San Luis Obispo, Pismo & Avila Beach to the south and Cayucos and Cambria to the North. It is also a short drive to over 250 wineries and all kinds of interesting events occurring all year throughout San Luis Obispo County.

The house comes with everything our guests need to have a great vacation. From the oversupplied huge kitchen to a great supply of beds, linens, towels as well as wireless broadband internet, 4 cable tv's, a large pool table and piano in the 6th private sleeping room. You can sit in the kitchen at the large dining table and watch the deer and bunnies in the back yard which is framed by old towering eucalyptus trees presenting the awesome ocean and Morro Rock views. we spend Memorial week end, the listing was accurate as well as the photos. We had lots of plates and wine glasses (group of 12people). In general the property was well kept and clean. Denise was very helpful in answering all our questions and trying to accomodate our stay. a nice walk to the beach, quite neighborhood, beautiful views, baby deers was walking in the backyard, close to mountain bike rides or road bike....
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had an excellent time at the property. The house offered a magnificent view of Morro Bay. The neighborhood is really quiet and the backyard, which is well manicured, offered a place for quiet meditation or for family activities. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. There were plenty of linens for use. The activity room has lots of games that kept everyone occupied. My kids, ages 2 and 3, enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles and the mini-dollhouse. Denise, the owner, was very welcoming and offered a lot of good information about the house and the area. She is so enthusiastic that it is easy to fall in love with the place just listening to her (thanks, Denise). If we ever get the chance to head back, the Bowie house is definitely on the top of our list.

Our extended family stayed in this house the week of Cal Poly's graduation. We had several generations together, and all of us enjoyed the house and the area. The house is spacious and well maintained. We had kids and grampas playing pool, barbeque on the patio, cards and dominos in the kitchen till the wee hours and a jigsaw puzzle in the living room. There was plenty of room, the house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the Morro Bay area very much. The owner was local and available to assist in any way.

13 of us came here for the weekend and had a fantastic time. As soon as we arrived, the house set the tone for the whole weekend. It's a truly amazing property, and is well cared for. All 13 of us were accommodated comfortably with room to spare. I'll definitely keep this place in mind for my next trip.

Our 2009 Family Reunion was an outstanding, relaxing and memorable experience. 264 Bowie Drive is a spacious and comfortable "home away from home" that met all our needs and provided a safe environment in which our 5 grandchildren (all under 8 years) could play together. The sleeping accommodations permitted each family unit to have their own space...a real benefit. The house was well furnished with games, books and videos for both children and adults. As everyone said, "everything is here...if you can't find it...just keep looking". The advance information provided on the many activity options available in the area was most helpful..we took advantage of many. A grand time was had by all! A perfect setting for our 50th birthday/family reunion celebration! The kitchen is always the gathering spot, right? And this kitchen is HUGE with a spectacular view. The highlight though, was the Easter egg hunt in the beautiful backyard. Thank you!

This house was so perfect for our "Gathering of the Clan". We fell in love with the area and all the people we met in our diverse activities. The house was a good fit for us. The beds were comfortable. There was room for games and quiet pursuits alike. The kitchen is great for team work preparations. The view is postcard perfect and we started and ended every day admiring it. We had ages from 40 to 76 and we all have great and special memories of our time together in Los Osos. Thank you so much.
