  The house was way way more than we expected. Loved every minute of our time spent here. The pool has everything you need. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Would love to come back.

  What a great place to stay on our vacation! So clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. So close to everything - the parks, grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was great for the kids after a day at the parks. And it was so nice that we could bring the family dog. We brought pizza home one night from Mia's pizza just down the road from the house - best pizza we ever had! Also visited the Bok Tower Gardens one day - such a pretty place for a picnic. The grounds were beautiful and prices were so reasonable. Would love to come back and stay again. Thank you again for allowing us the use of your home! God Bless you and your family!!

  The house is beautiful, well kept, and very neat and spacious. The drive to the parks was minimal, and little traffic. Grocery stores are right down the street. The management company was very nice and prompt when needed. We hope to be back someday!!!

  We just bid a sad goodbye to this lovely home. It's well kept and well-stocked, spacious enough to accommodate our sibling family reunion. The management company was quickly responsive when needed. Location is great---close enough to the parks but not overly busy, and convenient shopping (Walmart, SuperTarget and Publix) for supplies and souvenirs. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool. Even Gracie (the golden retriever) felt at home. We would definitely love to stay there again!

  Perfect location and the pictures of the home are realistic. Prompt and immediate support from Atlantic Gold management (Jane and Christine) dealing with any concern. Earnest (the pool guy) provided top notch service to keep the pool balanced, it was utilized every day. I would highly recommend this property for a family gathering, our kids / grand kids and family pet had a Great Experience, as well as our friends who visited. The home is fully stocked with what is required and the furnishings are solid and up to date. Very clean and organized with lots of space to relax if you want. Would definately stay again.. Super place Bev, and Thank you for allowing us to utilize your home. Cheers, Shirley & Duane

  The house was beautiful just like in the pictures. The kids loved the pool. Everything was nearby via car. We went to Walmart to buy toiletries and we hit international drive for souvenir shopping. My only issue was that when we got there the sheets had not been washed or the garbage removed. We washed the linens ourselves and we removed our own garbage. Also, the garbage pickup days needs to be updated. According to the bulletin board in the kitchen, garbage is picked up on mondays and thursdays. We took our garbage out on monday morning and a neighbor informed us of the change. Overall, I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

  House was very nice for our family vacation. The kids and adults loved the pool. Close to all theme parks and minutes from Walmart, Publix and restauraunts and other stores. I would definitely recommend home to friends and family. Thanks a bunch Bev!!

  The villa was in a great place - really handy for all the disney parks. It was also close enough for us to go back to swim in the pool on hot afternoons and recharge our batteries ready to go out again for the evening fireworks and entertainment. There was a convenient choice of supermarkets and restaurants nearby and on the 192. We would recommend Applebee's as a good place to eat and we also had excellent food at The Olive Garden restaurant. The villa was lovely and clean and Bev was really helpful in answering all our questions before we went. We would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

  Wonderful floor plan! Very well thought out. I wish my house had this floor plan. Very clean, brand new berber carpet. Stylish, but user friendly home decor. Loved that the living area was tiled and only the bedrooms had carpet. My family felt at home and very comfortable here. We would definately stay here again. Thanks Bev! The Reiffs Wetumpka, Alabama

  Comfortable, clean and neat. Exactly as advertised, there were no odors, the carpets appear to be new and in great shape. The beds were comfortable, the linens and towels also new. Any and all kitchen ammenities were included. Access to parks is 15 minutes or so. 10 adults had PLENTY of room and with 3 bathrooms, no problems getting ready and out in the AM. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and would stay here again should we vacation in the Orlando area. Thank you, Bev.

  This vacation home is awesome ! Minutes from Disney, convenient to restaurants & grocery stores, this spacious, well maintained home is a Florida dream ! Like all vacation homes, it is self catering, so our first trip was to the nearby Walmart, to purchase groceries, snacks, paper goods and all the other neccessities for our holiday. The owner had provided plenty of linens, towels dishes & cookware.. A pool table added to our fun- and the pool was a big plus, for cooling off after long days at the parks.We found the home to be clean & well maintained- superior to most of the similar accomadations we have stayed in. We will certainly be back !

  Arrived after check in time, two cleaning girls still there. The house had a very strong oder of bleech, they were not done and hung wet towels in garage and left wet linens in dryer, a dirty sponge was left in the kitchen sink and very little toilet paper in bathrooms. House was not maintained per the pitures on homeaway. Carpets were so dirty that I did not want to remove my shoes. Walls and doors dirty, lamps broken in two bedrooms, towels old and torn, drinking water condition poor and did not appear drinkable very mirky. The 5 beds had clean linen and were all cozy. The pool area was nice for getting sun and for the kids to swim. The decription that you can see the Disney fireworks from the upstairs bathroom was definitly not true. The neighborhood was not very maintained. The grocery store was very close to the house and the park entrance we went to was about 20 minutes away.

  Owner response: We were very disappointed that this family found our house less than perfect, we have subsequently tried to address any of the real problems that this family highlighted. We cannot stop the cleaners from coming and cleaning the house, but we would prefer that they had finished the job before the new clients arrive and we apologise if they were running late. I think these people were looking out of the wrong window for the fireworks as it is the bedroom not the bathroom that you can see them from. We did find this feedback helpful to get the house better for our future guests.
