This gorgeous Fiddler’s Creek coach home is in the Laguna village and was completed in 2006. It is beautifully furnished with your comfort in mind. It is a spacious 2700 square foot ground level unit, featuring a living room, family room, dining room, and three bedrooms.
The large master bathroom has a garden tub and a separate shower, and the other bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers. The kitchen has an adjoining dinette, granite counters and the latest in appliances. The family room has a 52" Sony HDTV with a home theatre surround system including a DVD and CD player, and cable and wireless Internet access are provided.
The large screened-in lanai overlooks a large lake. There is a utility room, and all utensils, bed linens and towels are provided. The home has an attached two-car garage. You simply need to bring your clothes to enjoy this tropical oasis.
You can step out your door to take a quick swim before breakfast. The large heated pool for the Laguna village is just a few steps away. You can enjoy your friends at poolside and still have the comforts of home close at hand. Imagine spending evenings on the lanai, watching the activity on the large lake behind the condominium while you listen to your favorite music. You will have wonderful, warm and peaceful accommodations, and will regret having to leave!
Fiddler’s Creek is a gated community and offers amenities comparable to many world-class five star resorts.
