Welcome to your new home away from home at Windward Pointe unit 1406! Our beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath west corner condo has been upgraded with new comfortable furniture. We added tile throughout except carpet in the bedrooms. Pillow top mattresses and beautiful drapes will provide a great night sleep while on your vacation. Please bring your chef because we provide all cooking needs - pots, pans, utensils along with sleek granite counter tops. The spectacular views from the wrap-around balcony is a favorite amenity of all the guests that stay in our condo. All bedrooms have access to the balcony.
Windward Pointe is an upscale development with indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, volleyball and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Want to watch the charter boats leave and return from their fishing excursions or the dolphins frolic in the Gulf? Then grab a hot cup of coffee in the morning because, all year round, you will have comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the amazing views!
During the summer months, beach chair and umbrella rentals are available for rent directly in front of the condo. Wave runner rentals are just 50 years down the beach. Come witness the best views of Orange Beach.

Why the Owner Chose Windward Pointe
We purchased our condo because Don owned a golf travel company. The condo has been a great investment allowing the golfers the opportunity to stay on the beach, play golf, and we controlled the inventory of room availability. We were able to rent to the golfers for 6 years. Since he sold the company, we have been happy renting with VRBO.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The benefits of Windward Pointe are the comfortable accommodations and LOCATION. We purchased Serta pillow top bedding to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Also, our black out drapes will provide a sleep filled night!!! Windward Pointe is centrally located to shopping, restaurants and inshore/offshore fishing along with numerous other activities. The grocery stores are 1/2 mile west of our condo. Our condo is a west corner unit and all the bedrooms have access to the balcony. For those with small children, our condo has all new sliding glass doors that are extremely heavy, most children 8 years and below, will not be able to open these doors.

We are the proud parents of these two little girls, Katie and Addison, and live in Mobile, AL. Once we purchased this condo, Regina decided selling real estate on the beach was too much fun, and now sells for RE/MAX. Don sold his company last year and is helping Regina with real estate and transporting the girls to all their social and extra curricular activities. We enjoy fishing, golf and eating good seafood form our area!
We love Orange Beach and hope you enjoy staying at our home away from home!
