Also a screened-in area under unit with table. Located two blocks off Highway 98, this beautiful new community also has a large pool with bath house and gazebo.
There are Several fully equipped Marinas in Carrabelle, as well as an abundance of Fishing/Diving Charters available (ask for recommendations). A Great golf course is also nearby at St. James Bay Golf Course. Want fresh water fishing, we have three to choose from: Crooked River, Carrabelle River and New River all located in Carrabelle. With beautiful State Parks located on the river banks for your afternoon leisure, so bring the picnic baskets, jet skis and family for an afternoon of fun.

Fall/Winter: Oct 01-Mar 31 .. $150/night .. $850/week .. $1650/month.
Nightly rate based on 2 night minimum; Cleaning Fee: 60.
$250 Damage Deposit required and will be refunded after stay.
50% of rental fee required to reserve unit and remainder a week before arrival.

Holidays/"holiday weekends" subject to rate increase.
