A sincere thank you to the condo owners, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was superb. We were travelling from Australia and I was very pleased with the level of communication from the owners before and during our stay, the response time to our email queries was excellent. The condo is very comfortable, photos and description are accurate. There were only the 2 of us staying (my wife and I) so there was plenty of space, plus as mentioned before the location is fantastic. As the time approaches for us to make our global trek to the northern hemisphere and accommodation is required the decision is easy, we will stay at this condo again.

My wife and I spent 3 days recently on a last minute getaway to Colorado in this condo. The location is wonderful. We hiked mornings and spent the afternoon/evenings exploring the town. The condo was very well stocked. The sleep number bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The closet/storage space was also very sparce. It was decorated very nicely. The shower was hot and the kitchen wonderful. The balcony is very small but did have a electric grill. We would recommend this condo to our friends in a heart beat. The positives far out weighed the negatives. If you stay here please check out the French Bakery just around the corner. Our thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful property with us on such short notice.

Owner response:Greatly appreciate the feedback and stay! We do offer the most we can at a very reasonabe price. The sleepnumber P5 bed is certainly a premium and cost much more than traditional beds. Wife and I find them very comfortable! Per manufacturer the average person is comfiest at a 65 setting. The balcony is approximately 4.5 feet x 12 feet and has the grill, a couple of patio seats and table, as well as a view of the mountain... you'll love it. Thanks again for feedback and stay!

This condo was everything the owner promised. The location was perfect and the pictures accurately refelcted the interior of the condo. It is the perfect size for two people looking for a condo near the Peak 9 slopes. We loved this place!

We have stayed at Breckenridge many times but this location beats all. The ski rental store is directly below you, so once you check in and park your car, you really do not need to worry about getting around town. The lifts are directly across the street, just a few hundred yards. Our favorite breakfast spot, Cool River, is a one minute walk out back. Mi Casa restaurant is directly below your condo. Town is literally out your door. The condo looks exactly like the photos. One of the main heaters did not work, but it really was not a big deal. This condo complex is not a luxury spot with all the bells and whistles (for example, there is a small and kind of noisy hot tub area), but if that is not important to you, then this will be a spot you will love. We hope to return in the future!

Owner response:Thank you very much for the feedback! The heater unit will be replaced with a new. Unfortunately, the unit is in high demand and rentals have been back to back.. sorry for that. The unit was completely upgraded and very nice at that! The complex was renovated about 10 years ago and mining design in theme. It is not a new build complex, but I'd rate it 8 out of 10 on the luxury scale. Amenities are hot-tubs, garage parking, laundry facilities. spring break the hot-tub is heavily used, but is well managed and closes at 10PM. The unit is very close to the hot-tub, which is in an atrium, open air area.. very convenient. Our other unit, 98586 is within the internal halls, behind a door and insulated from tub activity. Again, any tub-activity is most predominant during spring break at absolutely every complex. Any questions at all please let us know. thank you.

This unit was the perfect location for our ski getaway! We parked & walked to everything - dining & shopping in Breckenridge. When it was time to ski we just walked across the street & the lift was right there + easy access to rentals and lift tickets. The unit was the perfect size for my husband & myself. Husband appreciated the flat screen TV & internet access to check in with work :) beautifully updated ~

Great Location and Very Comfortable

We had never been to Breckenridge before, but found this a great place to stay. Close to town, so we could walk to everything. The condo was very nice and very comfortable. Kitchen had more then was needed for any cooking done. The complex was clean and well maintained. I especially liked the underground parking that was very secure. If we come back to visit or know anyone looking for a place to rent, we will surely recommend this unit.
