Our condos are in North Myrtle Beach in the San-A-Bel Towers Condominium complex and are immaculate!
The condos are family owned and maintained. We only rent to caring people who help us keep this vacation getaway very attractive and luxurious. Pets are NOT allowed.
Our condos are units #111 and #112 and are located on the first row. Actually the fourth floor because there is three levels of covered parking. The view from the private balcony overlooking the beach is so beautiful it cannot be described. New 6' x 12' balconies have been installed. The sunrises are fantastic! The building is equipped with two elevators and three levels of covered parking. The indoor pool is child friendly, and heated in the winter months. The outdoor Jacuzzi is a wonderful place for your end of the day nightcap.
We love the beach and our condos. We know you will love San-A-Bel Towers also. Our prices are well below the major rental companies. You won't find a better deal anywhere on the Grand Strand.

This condo is spot-on in pictures! No hidden surprises except that everything represented here is TRUE! The rooms are extremely clean and neat, there s tons of storage, all of the cleaners and supplies you could ever need are all in the condo for you! The ownder is very easy to work with (no credit card transactions - sent money order through mail) and is happy to answer any questions. A beautiful view in a beautiful location! true to his word, we will be working with Walter and staying at San-A-Bel next year! No music from next door - just some beach-goers setting off fireworks now and then. No pesky or rude neightbors. Lovely pool, wonderful hot tub, convenient parking - it was all wonderful!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This condo is very nice. There is a beautiful view of the beach from the private balcony. It is well furnished as far as pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils and dinnerware. It was very convienient to have the washer and dryer in the condo as well. The owner has a beach umbrella, some beach chairs and a few sand toys available for the renters use. He was very easy to work with and answered many questions that I asked before I made my decision to rent from him.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We have stayed in this condo many times and always had a great time. Very clean and child friendly. Woderful inside pool to enjoy. Right in the center of many restaurants. Molly Darcy's is right next door. Beautiful Beach and great view from condo. Great Owner to rent from.
