The flat is surrounded by semi-pedestrian streets with a relaxed atmosphere. There's a bike rental across from the flat, and neighbourhood restaurants, the city historical museum, cosy cafés and boutiques are just up the road. It is a family-friendly place and even toys at hand if you come with your children. The interior has recently been completely renovated and equipped with all new furniture, a practical bathroom, a spacious kitchen including all amenities so guests can take full advantage of shopping for delicacies at the local markets. Furthermore, there’s a separate dining area to enjoy sharing meals, and a living-room with lots of light including a hand-made hammock for maximum comfort!

Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, which really is the true heart of Barcelona, all the places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the very trendy "El Born", which is full of great cafés, bars and restaurants.
The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets, and there are also plenty of cafes, bars and great "Tapas" bars. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of "Santa Maria del Mar", where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.

There is a parking at only two metro stops from the apartment where you can ask for the special price which means that you can leave the car for only 75 euros a maximum of 8 days. I think it’s a good price because it’s not easy to park in the street in Barcelona and parkings have an average price of +/- 25-40 euros per day. 2. There is a parking place nor far from the apartment which has a price of 55’68 euros for 3 nights, 83,06 euros for 5 nights and 99,76 euros for 7 nights, and I think it’s a good price because it’s very difficult to park in the street in Barcelona city center and parkings have an average price of minimum +/- 25-40 euros per day.

We have this property here in the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona city center because it's a nice place to stay for a few days as it's calm and comfortable and also it's a great point from where you can have access to the main attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
From our property, which is located right in front of the Roman Wall, you can experience living in the origin of Barcelona.
As it's in the corner of a building there is a lot of natural light.
Also, there are no words to explain the feeling of relaxing in the great hammock we have in the apartment. Then, you can take a real Spanish Siesta.
