Welcome to Somethin'fishy. You will certainly find more than somethin' fishy at this 3,500 plus square foot Kinnakeet Shores lakefront home.
Located on the quiet sound-side, Somethin’ Fishy is a short jump over the pond to the beach access (approx. 350 yards; 3-5 minute walk). If the fish are not biting at the lake, try the refreshing private 32 x 14 cement pond (private pool) or go kayaking from the private lakefront dock. The ground level has a circular driveway, 2-car carport, covered picnic table/gas grill, outdoor shower, fish cleaning table, underhouse ramped entry, full bath and 2 bedrooms with Pyramid-D,S beds and kid’s TVs.
The elevator takes tired sportsmen or bathers to the huge octagon shaped master with a king bed, large bath and covered deck, adjacent to furnished recreation room with pool table, wet bar and full fridge. Master 2 has a king bed, private bath and deck access. Master 3 is a suite with a king bed, private bath, desk and access to screened porch with a bubbly 6-person hot tub.
The third level has an awesome octagonal tower room with TV/DVD plus surround sound overlooking a whale of a great room with another family room, tall ceilings, 1/2 bath, lavish furnishings and access to 2 sundecks. Cook up Somethin’fishy in this well-equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, nearby 12-person dining table and screened porch with a picnic table. End your day of fish tales by catching some zzz in master 4 with a queen bed and private bath.
Other important ammenities at Somethin' Fishy are WiFi (wireless internet access), premium cable package in the 2 family rooms and free bed linens and bath towels!

Our families and friends just had the most relaxing time at this house..After over 30 years of going to Hatteras this was the BEST!

This house was a perfect fit for our family. There are so many different areas of the house to escape to. Having two family rooms was a blessing when us grown-ups were looking to hang out without having to watching TV with the kids. The yard is huge and kayaking on the lake was so much fun. The best part was being able to share our vacation with our family dog. We will definitely make staying at Somethin' Fishy a family tradition!
