This beautiful home sits privately beachfront on 485’ of deep ocean frontage. The front of the home has a covered porch looking out over perennial gardens, with a rock wall as well as a basketball court. The entry way has a full bath & bedroom located off of it. The kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar provide ample room for preparing meals. A formal dining room looks out over the water. The great room features a fireplace & floor to ceiling windows that look out over the water. On the 2nd floor the master suite features a gas fireplace. The master bath has double sinks, and jacuzzi tub that allows you to take in the waterfront view. Located just down the hall are 4 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have a connecting bath. Both bathrooms have double sinks & granite countertops. Enjoy the western view, beautiful sunsets, and back yard from the large deck off the great room or walk down the rock steps & sit on the beach along the shores of Union River Bay.

We stayed at this beautiful house for a week from 6/30/12-7/7/12 with large group of 12 people still everyone had their own space. The property is oustanding, well kept with stunning water views. The location is just perfect!!! The Game room at the basement is great for Kids, outdoor fire pit and garden furnite adds to the beauty.. we had a wonderful time outdoor everyday.. The only downside I can think of is water pressure is very less if more than one water outlet is in use... Chadd pls make a note of this. Home owners are very nice people, would definitely consider this property if we decide to go back to Maine next year.Owner response: Glad you enjoyed your visit! Thanks for making us aware of the water pressure. We actually had to end up drilling a new well to fix the issue. Hope to see you again next summer!
