"By The Bay" is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the harbor and all of Depoe Bays' restaurants, shopping and other attractions.
Our new, 2nd Ocean view vacation rental is located in the same building, on the ground floor, Ocean side, with the same spectacular view. 1/2 the size of our 1200 sq. ft. Townhome, which is located on the second and third floors. The entry to the rentals are located on opposite sides of the building.
A new movie, "The Burning Plain", starring Charlize Theron & Kim Basinger was filmed from our location in Depoe Bay in 2008. We are proud they chose our rocky shoreline ocean view for their movie.
All new, very clean and cozy, especially for 2. Our 1 bedroom apartment has all the same amenities as the townhome, plus a private, Ocean view, covered, wind protected, all Cedar patio. A three night minimum stay is required during the peak period. Please, no smoking inside & sorry, we cannot accomodate pets. This unit is best suited for adults. Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$100 per night for 2 people. $10 each extra person per night, maximum 4 people.
$500 wk. Nov-May, 2 night minimum. $600 wk. June-Oct, 3 night minimum. $2400 mo.
Weekly rates reflect 7th night free.
Payment in full is required to secure a reservation. For 2 weeks or more, 1/2
full price deposit in advance, balance due 1 month before arrival.
Rates are subject to a 9% room tax.
Should a cancellation become necessary, we require at least two weeks notification
for a full refund, less a $50 service fee. There are no other fees or charges.
