We stayed here in April 2012. This is truly a perfect location. The neighbors were quiet as well. The apartment itself was very well maintained and we had a great time here. The owner was very easy to work with. All of the information in the apartment about how to use its various amenities is very logically displayed and I never had any trouble. Whenever I return to Paris I would definitely stay here again.

I spent a wonderful 5 nights in this wonderful flat in the best location in Paris. So easy to walk just about anywhere or jump on the metro or bus...all right outside the door. The flat is perfectly equipped ...and the most comfortable bed for sleep. It was immaculate and everything was just as described.....loved looking up at the wooden beams at night. The building entry could use a little sprucing up but the flat itself and the location make up for that 10 times over. I would definitely stay there again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone else.

We stayed in Patri's apartment for five nights last August and we loved it! After touring all of Paris, this was absolutely the best location for us and we would definitely stay there again. Two subways with different lines within a block for super easy access to all of Paris. BNP Bank across the street. Rue de Buci around the corner with wonderful restaurants, bakery (Paul's), a grocery store and boutiques. My daughter and I always ended our evenings with a nice glass of wine and people watching on this charming street. We always felt very safe. Excellent shopping area on the other side of St. Germain des Pres. The neigborhood was just excellent!! The apartment was very nice, just as pictured. The washing machine was very useful after five days! We loved looking out on the Boulevard Saint Germain des Pres at breakfast. The double pane windows kept it quiet at night and the beds were super comfortable! We had wi-fi and free international calls which was the best. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment!! Thanks Patri!!

My husband and I stayed at Patri's in the beginning of April 2011. The location was unbelievable, quick acces to metro's and even if you want to walk from site to site its good for that too! the kitchen was a lifesver. We were able to cook our own meas here and the bed was very comfortbale.Patri did a great job at making you feel welcome and comfortable. We were even late getting there and she jetted across town 2x to help us out. Sorry about the Patri;) The T.V. was fun because when we would be getting ready to go out at night we could turn on French and American music videos. The bathroom was very clean and the washer and dryer were lifesavers as well since we had 3 weeks of traveling to go after Paris. She has guidebooks and maps all around the room and plenty of storage space for your luggage. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make a meal and the grocery store and farmers market is just around the corner of the building. We stayed here for 4 nights and 1 more night would have been nice:) We really liked to people watch from our windows as well as the location is in a very cool hip part of town. I highly recommend this flat, and you just cant beat the price too!

Great place to explore Paris

This was our third time in Paris, first time in St. Germain area and we loved this apartment and its location. Whether you like to explore Paris on foot, or by using Metro, this apartment is perfectly situated. Around the corner, there’s a boulangerie, butcher shop, wine store and a supermarket. What else do you need? If you prefer to go out for lunch or dinner, there’s plenty of restaurants and cafes. We have a 16-month daughter and we chose this place also because of proximity to Jardin de Luxembourg where she could play with other children. Patri was a great host, always reachable and very helpful. We highly recommend this place!!

Paris - the city of unending things to do -- where you will never be bored!

We had a wonderful time at this charming studio. It had everything we needed for our stay, including books with useful info/maps, plus it was very clean, with lots of light, and no noise from the street because of the double-glass windows. I loved being able to make those "free" calls to my family in the U.S. The location of the apartment is ideal, with lots of nice restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarket near by. It is very convenient to have two metro stations so close by as it gave us twice the options to go to the museums and sites we visited. Patri is very professional -- always answered our emails and questions promptly. And above all she's very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

A Perfect Place to Stay

My wife and I only had a few short days to enjoy Paris. Patri's flat was the perfect location to explore the city with Metro stops only steps outside the front door. Close by are a number of art galleries, restaurants, and tiny streets to explore, and it is walking distance from the Latin Quarter. If you are interested in literary Paris several of the local haunts of persons such as Hemingway, Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir are located in the surrounding area. The flat itself is clean and very functional with a comfortable bed. Patri was very quick with her replies and refunded our deposit on the day we left. It was a very easy and efficient transaction before and after. We will to stay here again upon returning to Paris!!! Highly recommended.

I visited Paris from NYC during the first few days of December. I had a FABULOUS time and a big part of it was because of Patri and this fantastic studio in the heart of Paris. Really, you could not ask for a better location while visiting Paris. Patri is so reliable and professional as well as kind and friendly. She was clear in all her communications leading up to the trip and made it very easy for me to settle into the studio. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed about the apartment was how clean and cozy it was. The next thing is that the neighborhood is absolutely charming. If you turn left out of the building, you can wander for hours through the little streets filled with cafes, shops, art galleries, and restaurants. And it's so close to the subway and the Seine - the two main arteries of the city! I recommend this apartment and Patri's service to anyone - in fact, I've told all my friends about it already!

Perfect city pad

We loved our stay here in St Germain which is a perfect location to explore Paris - there are 2 metro stations within 3 minutes walk of the apartment and many visit-worthy places are within walking distance too. We loved just wandering around the atmospheric streets in the evening - there are tons of excellent cafés, restaurants and bistros in the area and it's only a 10 minute walk to the Seine and the Pont Des Arts. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed - the washer/dryer was a godsend in the hot weather. The staircase up to the 3rd floor apartment is a narrow spiral staircase and wouldn't be suitable for a buggy/pram or anyone with any mobility problems but was a good bout of exercise for us! The apartment felt very secure and safe and the double-glazed windows shut out the noise of the busy junction outside completely. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others.

I stayed from April 1st, 2010 through the 5th it was great. This flat is perfect it is in a great location, it is very clean, lots of light because it has two big windows that face the street with a beautiful view.It has been all renovated, it is in perfect condition inside. You don't hear any noises from the street because it has double glass windows. The neighborhood is full of cafes, art galleries, small restaurants, and you can walk to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and many other beautiful places. It is ideal for 2 people, but we were 3 and it was fine. All the appliances worked well. Patricia is great, very attentive and helpful with everything I needed. I will stay there again next year.

We absolutely loved our stay in the apartment. It was small, but had everything we could possible need or want. Patri was there to meet us on the first day to help us settle in - she is a lovely person! When we return to Paris (and I hope it will be soon), we will most likely stay at the apartment again. We loved opening the front windows and looking out on one of the most busy and famous streets in Paris, the St. Germaine des Pres and watching Paris life bustling about its daily routine. What a delight!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It's in a perfect location in the Latin Quarter, a quick walk to the Louvre and Notre Dame. Markets and shops are close by. My husband and I totally enjoyed the apartment during our 8-day stay in Paris. The location is superb! You can easily walk to most of the major sites or ride the metro, and there are two different metro lines within a few steps of the apartment. We especially took advantage of the good size supermarket one block away. We would eat breakfast in the apartment, go out sight-seeing and come back to the apartment for lunch, before heading out again. We enjoyed watching all the activity out the windows. And then we could shut the windows and have complete quietness in the apartment. Both beds were very comfortable. We took full advantage of the microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and the wireless internet. We feel very fortunate to have found Patri and the apartment on our first travel to Europe. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this apartment. It made our trip just perfect.

Awesome location!! We walked to Louvre, Notre Dame, Orsay, Latin Quarter, and took the Metro everywhere else. Two lines are really close -- Mabillon and St. Germain des Pres. There's a supermarket, great cafes and restaurants, and good shopping right in the neighborhood. A bank's right across the street as well as a taxi stand. We took a taxi to the airport because we had so much stuff, and it cost 48 euros. My husband and I and our 14-year-old daughter were there a week. It's small, but all we did was sleep there and it was much cheaper than hotels in this area. The neighbors were quiet, and the windows really are sound-proof. One thing to note is that it is four flights up a narrow, spiral staircase which was no big deal for us, but if you have any kind of physical disability or difficulty with stairs, you would find the stairs challenging. A big reason for how great our recent trip to Paris turned out was this apartment. It's the best location ever! The landmarks within a 15 minute walk (the walking itself is great in this neighborhood) are fabulous. Its proximity to 2 metro stops allowed us to get anywhere in the city within minutes. The apartment is a little harder to find than expected (the entry is down what's essentially an alley with a street name nobody recognized), but all you need to know is it's right above the Cafe Mabillon. The studio is a perfect size for a short trip, right in the middle of everything, a bit loud from street noise if you need to have the windows open, but we'd go back in a second!

We were so lucky to find this pied-à-terre in Paris, centrally located in Saint Germain Des Prés. There were 2 of us staying for 10 days and it was perfect for our purposes, seeing the museums, shopping and generally enjoying the best Paris has to offer. Patricia was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, the booking was made easy by her sister who helped in Vancouver and the Paris contact Dainzu also helped with a smooth entrance and exit.I would definitely book this property again, precisely because of the location, the existence of all the creature comforts and marvelous beds.Thanks all for a great stay!

I stayed in the apartment with 2 friends for 5 nights and have nothing but glowing comments about it. The location is absolutely perfect for museums, sightseeing, shopping, and nightlife. The neighborhood restaurants and bars are charming, and having a kitchen made it easy to save money making breakfast and lunch in the apartament. The apartment is appointed with convenient extras like WiFi, a blow dryer, a toaster & coffee maker, Washer/Dryer, etc that make it like home. And best of all, the beds (even the pullout!) are SUPER comfortable after long days running around the city. I would love to come back for my next visit!!

Location wise, this apartment may be the best find in the city of Paris. There were two of us staying and we found the apartment more than accommodating, spacious for a studio, and with a lovely view of the bustling life of the 6th. Very close to all the great sights, metro lines, and of course, crepe stands and cafes that we more than took advantage of. Patri was more than helpful with the booking and pre-arrival information, and Oscar was quite the gentlemen with our check-in and out. The weather was quite cold when we were in Paris, and the apartment and shower were more than warm enough, and it was nice having the an equipped kitchen when we felt like staying in for the night. We recently stayed at this apartment. It was perfectly situated in the heart of the 6th, right near the Seine. You are also right around the corner from a cute market and an excellet Italian restaurant. It was small but most apartments are in Paris and we really enjoyed coming back to a little kitchen late at night to have some tea, etc. We bought breakfast around the corner and would bring it back home. We also loved the fact that it was true double bed! It was nice to feel at home as opposed to staying in a hotel. It is a bit noisy at night so you have to keep the windows shut. All in all, I would definitely return to the apartment. Patricia did everything she could to make us feel at home.

We recently stayed at this apartment. It was perfectly situated in the heart of the 6th, right near the Seine. You are also right around the corner from a cute market and an excellet Italian restaurant. It was small but most apartments are in Paris and we really enjoyed coming back to a little kitchen late at night to have some tea, etc. We bought breakfast around the corner and would bring it back home. We also loved the fact that it was true double bed! It was nice to feel at home as opposed to staying in a hotel. It is a bit noisy at night so you have to keep the windows shut. All in all, I would definitely return to the apartment. Patricia did everything she could to make us feel at home.

I stayed here for 5 days earlier this month and had a lovely time. It is very clean and modern, with everything you need (from washer/dryer to kitchen items to a hair dryer and clothes iron!). The location and view can't be beat. I would love to stay here again next time I am in Paris!

Great location overlooking the Boulevard St. Germain and above Cafe Mabillon, open (and busy!) 24/7. Apartment was clean and tidy; everything worked. Key pickup and dropoff was easy and convenient. Street and cafe noise not a bother at all with the windows shut. Recommended!

This apartment is in a fantastic location in the heart of St. Germain, a ten minute walk to the Seine. We had a wonderful nine days. There is everything you would need, even a washer/dryer. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
