Award-winning Panama City Beach, often called the Emerald Coast of Florida, offers 27 miles of sugar-white sand beaches along a crystalline shore. Our new, well-appointed 12th floor condo is professionally decorated and full of personality. It boasts an open floor plan, 9-foot ceilings, a large private balcony, one master suite, two full baths, a full kitchen with all the amenities of home, and free broadband internet access. Wi-fi is also available.
When morning breaks, temperate coastal breezes beckon you to the private balcony with your cup of coffee or tea to inhale the fresh air and experience the shush of gentle waves lapping the clear-water shore. After a full day of play and adventure, or simply kicking back and relaxing, you’ll be lulled again to the balcony to witness spectacular sunsets that will take your breath away.
We have spared no expense to make your dream getaway unforgettable. The spacious and comfortable living area includes a 42-inch TV and a DVD/VCR with an exceptional sound system. The comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping accommodations, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors provide spectacular beach views.
The spacious master suite includes a luxurious king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an adjoining bath. Built-in bunk beds in the hallway are large enough for adults, offering plenty of room for up to six guests. A second full bath provides the comforts of home.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the living area and the beach views beyond, and is stocked with all the basic necessities. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light. All linens, including crisp sheets and fluffy bath towels are included.
Seychelles Beach Resort is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park, and a short drive takes you some of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife in the area. Right outside the resort, you’ll find Schooner’s seafood restaurant – a favorite eatery of the locals.
The resort, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, offers a fitness center, game room, complimentary beach service (March through October), meeting facilities, and two gulf-side pools (one seasonally heated) with a connecting hot tub.
Nearby family attractions include water and amusement parks, a zoo, racetrack, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, and family-friendly entertainment. The first thing we noticed was a very clean property. Everything in the description was right on the mark. We definitely recommend this property. I forgot to take my entry info I received so I called the owner when we arrived. She was so very helpful and took care of everything. We mostly wanted to get away and relax. We picked the right place. Two eateries close to the condo we particularly liked were Scampi's & Schooners. My husband & I are already discussing going back next year.

Hello Carol! I just wanted to personally thank you for extending your home to us for our recent vacation. It was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I have to say that it was the easiest "in and out" we have ever encountered as far as check-in and check-out! We had perfect weather each day, found the condo in perfect shape, clean, beautifully decorated and had a beautiful view!! We really enjoyed our vacation to the fullest! We are already planning a return visit and would love to stay at your condo! Do you have any other larger condos you rent out? Unfortunately, we lost 1 pool band in the ocean, I left $5.00 and a note on the counter when we left to replace it. If we would like to book again in the future, do we just contact you? It is so nice to know that there are places such as yours available. We went through VRBO 1 other time and was so disappointed, cock roaches, filth, things did not work etc (the photos looked great and the price was steep!) We left early because of the awful conditions. Being an RN in a busy trauma center, I am a "clean freak" by nature and am very careful in choosing places for my family. Your place absolutely met our standards!! My husband and I are constantly looking at retirement places, and so far, this has been on the top of our list!! We stayed at this condo for 8 weeks this winter. This is our 10th year to Panama City Beach and our 4th year at Seyschelles. We have stayed in a different condo each year. This condo is by far the nicest one we have rented. It has great furnishings and is well decorated. The owners are easy to work with and have put a lot of thought and effort into making their guests comfortable. The personal touch was greatly appreciated by us. We were so happy with it, we have already made a reservation for next winter!

This was the first time I had been to Panama City Beach and I have to say I was amazed at how nice the condo was! Everything you can possibly need while enjoying a great vacation is here, the decor made us feel right at home. The atmosphere at the condo was nice, very clean and not at all rowdy. The owners are very kind and offered the best rate on the beach. I will definitely continue to stay here again.

My husband and daughter stay at Seychelles at least twice a year. It's close to where we live and coming to the beach and staying in 1206 is like coming to our own beach home everytime we visit. The decor and all the personal touches are the farthest thing from a hotel/motel you can get. It couldn't be more comfortable and vacation-at-the-beach styled. The owners are easy to work with and keep everything in perfect condition. We love it here!

We have been to this condo twice, and will continue to go there because of the location, and immaculate conditions. The view from the balcony is AWESOME, so if it's raining and you can't go to the beach, you can still sit outside and enjoy. It's within walking distance of numerous restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked with up to date appliances, and the living rom has a large screen TV..It's obvious the owners have held nothing back to try and make it just like a home! It's actually nicer than my home! We never want to leave, but know we have to!! Mary

This unit is truly a great surprise in that it is obviously owned by a very tasteful and thoughtful family who spare no expense. The decor, furnishings and amenities make this several notches above any other condo I have rented. You sort of get an idea from the pictures but they just don’t do it justice. We were so pleased on our first visit that we have returned on multiple occasions and it is the ONLY place we rent in the Florida panhandle. Our first trip was a trip made up of two couples, we returned later as new parents with just us and a toddler and we have also been back with adults and children - every time was great. You will be very happy that you chose this for your vacation - we certainly were. Can't wait for our next trip this year!

I have stayed at this listing 4 or 5 times. This is by far my favorite resort on Panama City Beach and this room is amazing! Everything you can possibly need on vacation is here.
