Centrally located and close to Keauhou Shopping Center and within walking distance (1/4 mile) of Kahaluu Beach Marine Reserve....just a great place to spend the day. The beach features some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island, lots of palms, white sand, picnic and changing facilities. This large private single level 1700 square foot home, features a full kitchen and dining area with granite counter tops and double door refrigerator freezer, built in oven and microwave. Spacious and comfortable living area with a large screen TV and DVD that opens up onto a beautiful lanai with just spectacular views of the Pacific. Great place to relax and work on your tan, soak in the Jacuzzi or do some Whale watching in the winter months. This home is tiled through out with high open beam ceilings and ceiling fans. Other features of this home are 2 spacious and tastefully decorated suites with Air Conditioning and king size beds (Jacuzzi tub in one suite), The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin sized beds that can also be made into a king, also with Air-conditioning. Wireless Internet, free long distance to the US Mainland and Canada, laundry room with a stack washer and dryer, gas BBQ, outdoor dining area and lounges. We always keep snorkel equipment on hand, boogie boards, ice chests and beach towels, so help yourself. Cancellation: more than 90 days, $ refunded less $50.00 process fee
Cancellation: less than 90 days, $ refunded if able to find subsequent
