The Cypress is a unique and beautiful condominium complex with a total of 60 units. The complex overlooks a private lagoon with fountain and a private pool. It is located on one of Ft Myers oldest and most prestigious private golf courses, The Cypress Lake Country Club.
Our unit is on the second floor and has a very large lanai that overlooks the pool and grounds and the tenth fairway of the Cypress Lake Country Club golf course. Our unit is a large two bedroom two bath with a den and has beautiful and brand new furnishings and custom tile work throughout.
The complex includes covered parking, exercise room, meeting room, shuffle board and tennis court, as well as an elevator to access the second and third floors. The best thing about the Cypress is the people and its strong sense of community - where many owners live there year round and take great pride in their home and welcome all those that visit.
The Fort Myers area offers anything and everything you could want from a strong arts community to beautiful beaches and world class restaurants and shopping. The Cypress is centrally located, close to beaches, world class shopping, great restaurants and a short drive to the Fort Myers Airport.
