This lovely home is just off Route One and in close proximity to tax-free outlet shopping and Rehoboth/Dewey beaches, our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront townhouse overlooks beautiful Silver Lake in Rehoboth Beach. This luxury townhouse will surely afford you a spacious "home away from home".
A year-round vacation destination, you can enjoy off-season events like the 17th Annual Autumn Jazz Festival, Halloween and the Seawitch Festival, a good old fashioned Rehoboth Beach Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.
During your stay at this New Bold Square condo, take in the breathtaking views from the decks. The open staircase will lead you into the light, airy and tastefully decorated living/dining area. The balcony and 20 foot windows provide a beautiful backdrop for relaxing on Silver Lake. The wood-mantled fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen finishes off the common living area. The master bedroom with full bath, mirrored closets and full-size washer/dryer completes this floor.
The second floor at Newbold Square boasts a second bright living area with skylights, big screen TV, cable television, VCR, DVD & CD players. Sink into the big, comfortable wrap-around couch and watch a movie or cuddle with someone special and relax to your favorite CD. Two great guest rooms with a full shared bath complete this floor.
This unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. Includes the use of the community pool and grounds. Just walk or bike across the foot bridge into downtown Rehoboth for dining, shopping, the beach and boardwalk.
