This home has a beautiful setting with a private pool and screened in lanai. With an over-sized patio area and gas grill, it is a perfect place for a family gathering. The guest bathroom also serves the pool and patio area. There is a lighted dock that is perfect for the fisherman and the canal waters offer some great catch. This home is only minutes from Marco's beautiful white sand beaches.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a very large working area for all your cooking needs. Large laundry room leading to the garage is equipped with washer, dryer and sink tub. Master bedroom opens to the pool and has a private bath with over-sized shower and tub. The first guest room has a king size bed and opens to patio area and the second guest room has double twins.
