Enjoy the Lavish Hokulii on the Beautiful North Shore of Oahu. This One Bedroom, One Bath Condominium is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for that perfect vacation. It's located on the Kuilima West Estates unit #150.

Wake up to views of the Awesome Koolau Mountains and the Fazio Golf Course as your backyard. The Hokulii is nestled in a park-like setting of 600 acres with walking paths, pools, tennis courts, miles of beaches, horseback riding, golf, and snorkeling.

Your stay at Hokulii includes free use of several well-kept pools, one located just steps away from this unit, private covered party areas and a tennis court right across the street from this unit.

There's lots of great places to dine at. Leilei's Restaurant located within walking distance of the Kuilima Estates. Or you can walk a little further to take advantage of the restaurants located in the Turtle Bay Resort. There's also lots of restaurants and shopping located in the historic Haleiwa town about 12 miles away.

Although the Kuilima Estates and Turtle Bay Resort may look like it's a complete package the two are separate entities. Their swimming pool and spa are not offered to guests of the Kuilima Estates. However you may take advantage of their activities and other arrangements.

Year Purchased: 2006

Born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu and a graduate of Kahuku High School. Was able to visit the mainland, but just could not move away from home.

Why the Owner Chose Turtle Bay

I love Hawaii, but love being on the North Shore. Not too crowded, beautiful scenaries, beautiful beaches and many more. I also have a daughter and hoping to use this property as her future and educational investment.

    • We enjoyed four days, three nights in this great condo. We've stayed in many rentals, and this one by far had the best amenities: maps, guide books, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, etc. You name it, she had it. She's thought of everything you could possibly need (or want!) while on vacation in Oahu. We were really very impressed and think you will be, too.

    • We loved this condo. It is in a great location right next to Turtle Bay Resorts. It was very clean and comfortable. You are only 45 minutes from Honolulu. There is A/C and a washer/dryer. I recommend eating at the Ola restaurant on the beach at Turtle Bay.... excellent, and only a 10 minute walk away. Thanks Michelle from a great condo experience

    • This is a very quiet and beautiful place with all the convenience of home with a swimming pool right outside the door. Nice and warm atmosphere and environment with all the friendly people there and in the community.
