This four+ bedroom, two den home is perfect for families or groups. Beds hold up to nine, plus four in two sofa sleepers. Enjoy the beauty of Tahoe's West Shore in this expansive, 2200 square foot home. Two fireplaces and two dens allow for families or groups to enjoy group company while having privacy, each living area has two bedrooms with the fifth bedroom being common to both.

Great granite gas stove in dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances. The home offers terrific Tahoe cabin decor and newer beautiful furnishings. Our dining table can seat eight; and there are stools for the kitchen counter. Both living rooms are large and have plenty of couch space. There are also lots of games for everyone.

Upstairs you will find the Shabby Chic "white bedroom" with white wooden walls and sloped ceilings lending an intimate, cozy feel. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. A fourth full bedroom is located on the ground floor; the fifth bedroom adjoins the two living spaces on the second floor and has a double-size futon.

There is one sleeper couch, one in a separate walk-through room. Large two-car garage - not currently used for parking.

In the winter months, you are approximately within 20 minutes from Squaw Valley and Alpine, or five minutes from Homewood Ski Resort.

Summer offers endless bike and hiking trails. A short walk to Chambers Landing and public beach and a short three-mile drive to one of Tahoe's most beautiful beaches at Meeks Bay, featuring various boat rentals, a snack bar and free air station for your inflatables. Our house is part of Tahoma's homeowner’s association which offers a pier and beach only one and a half blocks away. Sugar Pine Point State Park is 300 hundred yards away for great cross country skiing, hiking and mountain biking. The entrance to the world famous Rubicon Trail is up the street in our neighborhood.

The back yard is huge, and includes amenities such as a large patio for barbecues (gas grill), volleyball net, horseshoes. There are two patio tables and multiple lounge chairs. Plenty of sunshine in the backyard!
